Great Teacher Onizuka (more than 26 episodes, but odds are we'll stop it before it gets into a story arch). Evangelion Vision of Escaflowne Revolutionary Girl Uten (more than 26) Cromartie High School (26 episodes that are only half a full anime episode in lenght) Lupin III (the first season) Berserk (again) Gungrave Deathnote (the first story arch ends at 26) |

NOT a fan of Tenshi... it was okay for the first couple episodes, but then it just has no storyline at all. First season of Dragonball I wouldn't object too... (Robin might). I've heard good things about Lupin III... i'd be interested to check that out. What about Witch Hunter Robin? |

OK, first off...You coulda waited maybe a week for us to overhaul the forum so that the 2007 suggestions aren't in the 2006 Forum.... Because, we are of course going to make an OFFICIAL thread.... >_< Argh! Also, yes I would sincerely object to Dragonball, and also, Alyssa, I think you are probably thinking of Tenchi Universe, but you might not. I, just like others cannot frikkin stand the animation style of Lupin III...it is nauseating. And now for a positive to end, I have heard good things about Witch Hunter Robin and would like to see it (if not just so that I can understand it should people make name jokes). |

Well, Robin, it's because your taste in anime blows
 But actually, I would object to the first season of dragon ball just because it goes on for so much longer. And the first season isn't even the best. Oh, and Lupin has more age than almost any other animes that could be suggested. |

But seriously, you both are now officers, maybe you both should start behaving like you are helping to run this club, and also act like civilized people and come to an agreement, hmm? Maybe *pretend* to like eachother? <_< I might be thinking of Tenshi Universe... I dunno. The Tenchi I saw was annoying at best. |

I know it's early, but we can always add what's mentioned here into the official thread whenever it starts. Just to throw things into the mix yet that I haven't seen (or haven't seen much of....): Gankutsuou, Genshiken, Scrapped Princess, Samurai Champloo, Spiral, Black Cat, Bleach - though I know a few of these are >26 eps and I'm not sure where the story arcs are.... I'm sure I missed a few but oh well. Also, I'll def. be around for at least the first few meetings next year as my transfer date is now 9/30 - lucky you.... /Saw the live-action Cromartie movie last year --- it was a hoot... |

i agree with alyssa and besides which whenever the official nominations for animes start there shouldn't be mocking of people's choices because then people may become intimidated and not post anything so Josh don't be a troll (as much fun as i know you think it is =P) and Robin don't feed the trolls i would also like to see Witch Hunter Robin =D |

Deliberate trolling can still come with a happy emoticon. It's online, one can never see the true intentions of those who speak, even with emoticons.....perhaps especially, as they are naught but Masks. In any case, my response was ill-advised, as I was in another of my....ah.....bad moods, and I would normally be more diplomatic about it.
