I'd like to get people's thoughts on the whole thing. Both the convention and the planning. For the planning, what worked? what could be better? (While I won't be here to use this info next year, the people who plan it next year could use this info) And of course... Share some of the best moments!!!! Link us to your pictures of your experience!! I only ask you.... Anime Boston 2007. awesome? yes or hells yes?

I am not one for using caps; but I felt it was warrented. I had an amazing time, and I have but one request now that I've returned. Keep your eyes out on the internet for a picture of a befuddled Squall being attacked by 4 transvestite final fantasy characters.

It was a little disturbing to find myself running out of steam at only 4 AM, though. Not so long ago, I would've laughed at the thought of getting sleep after only 19 hours awake, then plowing ahead for another 24 before finally getting home, collapsing, and waking up the following weekend with no memory of who I am and why there's a "GLOMP ME" sign on my back. Here are some I took that weren't completely blurry and without someone walking in front of the costume.. Time Lincoln can also be found on that page (wow, he's everywhere!), but please let me know if that's not okay. Squall didn't make it - sorry, Squall. Shouldn't need to be said, but I'll say it anyway - thanks to everyone involved for putting all this together.

hyper otaku of doom Posts: 1,002 Group: Members Member #36 Joined: September 7, 2006	in comparison to other conventions i've been to, it was not as interesting in terms of guests and panels and all that, but there was A LOT more going on in terms of people and everyone seemed to be doing something. I had a REALLY GOOD time!! the things i did were pretty interesting and fun, and i hope we do it again next year!

I agree that there wasn't quite as much to do as I had thought and hoped, but the venders were just as crazy and the things I did see met and exceeded my expectations! I have pictures too, those should be going up in a day or so.

mecha-otaku Posts: 2,391 Group: Members Member #38 Joined: September 7, 2006	I was sad that I didn't finish my tonberry costume in time for the convention =( but at least I got to be sango and I still had lots of fun =D. Basically the whole thing was awesome especially the dealers room (so much stuffs @__@) , masquerade , and AMVs (why would someone make totoro scary ;_;). Cosplaying was a lot of fun and there were soooo many good costumes. I can't wait to go to another convention! =D

I never really thought about all the work that must have gone into being a mercenary. Dealer's Room: I got everything I wanted at decent prices. Next year, though, we must make a pilgrimage and buy Pocky! Devil's Panties: What can I say? I have a soft spot for ladies in Batman T's and combat boots... check it out.
