As some of us can't be around to share AMVs we find and/or some of them are online and take too long to load to be usable, here's a little thread for posting links to your favorite AMVs. I guess I'll start. A little one from the third Inuyasha movie. Not the best movie, that is for sure, but this AMV rocks all. I found this one quite a while ago and I remember how amazingly well it was done. It mixes Yotsuba with probably one of the most messed up openings for an anime out there. Yotsuba Pani Poni Dash Crossover Here is the original opening for Pani Poni Dash: Pani Poni Dash Op1 It is truly one of the odder animes that I have watched. |

A couple that premiered at Otakon this year. Somehow I missed all three AMV showings but I found them on Youtube later anyway. *whew*. Some Kind of Nazi Word - 2nd Place Comedy and my favorite so far... Anime Swings & Sings - Platinum Edition - Best Comedy, Best In Show Love Love *SNAP* - Best Upbeat Edward Elric and the Full Metal Prince - Best Trailer (yes, there's a category for those now..) |

Well..as long as this is bumped up I'll post some of the few AMVs I really enjoyed. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xwgVADWeNkw I'm not usually wowed by special effects, but I feel like they were used very tastefully here. I can't really say much though, it speaks for itself. The command of image and sound to create an emotion says volumes more than I could say. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tHZqxecCukg I think everyone's seen this by now, but it's still a very visually stimulating piece that's fantastically timed to the music. Also Princess Tutu is just a damn good show despite it's overly cutesy appearance. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a4qttlESGEg A little slower, less stimulating, but it does elicit an emotion well.
