Actually it seemed rather long for me. Maybe because I wasn't worried about doing homework?? (Maybe I should have been...:-\)

Didn't have one. My last spring break was in 1999. I went home to Virginia and tried (in vain) to find people I actually liked. :)

This year, I worked all week. I even worked on Saturday.

Eh, Cancun is overrated anyway.

Here's something pretty random. Stop me if you've heard of this one.

ZigguratCon - this is, apparently, the first gaming/anime convention located in a war zone. (No, LARPs don't count as war zones.) Not sure if it's for real or not, as I couldn't find mention of it anywhere else. Sounds fun, but it's just a little bit too far for me to go - oh yeah, and the whole war zone thing too.

Discuss.

Oh man it was great!!! XD You really should have gone Phil, it was sooooo much fun!!!! Anime Chess, Anime Masquerade (which I didn't go to, my shoes were really starting to kill me by midday), the venders, the costumes.... oh the costumes!!

I'll be posting pictures of the convention on Facebook if anyone wants to see! I know I have a pic of Max and Aimee... and I think that's it for people I know who went. ^_^

First heard about this on Fark.com. An awesome idea, in my opinion--soldiers have plenty of needs of their own, two of them are anime and D&D.

I think that's where I got it from as well. Now that this line has been crossed, we can look forward to such conventions as Anime Wyoming, SiberiaCon, and Ani-tarctica.

Here's something really random: Carolina's screen name is starsparkle, and my avatar thingy is Mr. Sparkle. It took me over 8 months to make the connection. (It was a complete coincidence, I assure you!!!!)

I don't know about anyone else, but I don't think capes are worn nearly enough. Half capes, full capes, whatever works.
