Here is a spot for tips and tricks. I will start off with some and hopefully we will have lots soon.
Tip #1 Don't die, I'm sure you knew this but still. Always keep some restore health, magicka, and fatigue potions with you. Along with restore attributes and whatnot. Go for better armor then weapons if your buying them. Make your own potions and sell them for quick and easy money. |

Tip #2 When exploring dungeons, especially in the Ashlands, carry Cure Disease potions or spells or scrolls with you - some diseases can really hamper your progress
Tip #3 and get hold of the Mark and Recall spells as soon as you can - useful for getting out of situations or travelling back to a location you use often (such as an NPC or shop) |

Tip, if your traveling around Solsteim (spelling?) always carry a silver weapon incase you get attacked by a werwolf. Also long range spells and marksman weapons are handy if your physically running away not by spell/scroll. You can run backwards while attacking the thing chasing you. That has saved me more times then I'd care to say. Silver arrows if it's a werewolf. Otherwise use whatever. |

Tip - In fact, carry a silver sword at all times - ghosts also tend to be finicky about what hurts them

Tip: Those scrolls of Icarian flight have a use! When you do jump using them, remember: 1. Make sure you are going to land in water. 2. Make sure you are moving in the direction in which you want to jump. Other than that, happy flying

Trick: Get the soultrap and a fortify attribute spell. Now, create a spell that does soultrap 1 sec. on target. Fortify whatever for however many points for 1 sec. on self. Name it, buy it then get away from people (10 feet) look all the way down and cast it. The effect becomes permanent. It's easy to cast to because the time is so small. |

TIP: Pawn Brokers will always buy/sell for less than specialist traders TRICK: for a cheap silver long-blade buy the one from the pawn-broker in Balmora (the one just left of the silt-strider) its cheap because it's damaged but then get the armorer in the fighters guild to fix it (or fix it yourself) it is much cheaper than buying a new one

Tip: SAVE OFTEN Trick: Somewhere (cant remember exact location) south of Ebonheart is an underwater door, where you will find the best armor in the game. Make sure you have a solid waterbreathing effect on you. |

but yes, it is quite annoying, standing there, waiting for that fireball, thinking "YAY, MANA" and then your hopes being shattered at the realisation of your losing half your health...

Tip: For some ebony armor kill the Duke of Vvardenfell. He's really quite easy at level 3-5. His weapon sucks though. Spent to much mony on the armor. Trick(unbalancing): The potion of heroism is very nice but there aren't many in game. So find one hop into the console and add some more. |

Oh! I've got some! Never run with scissors. You plan on killing a dremora with scissors? Never dive into murky water. There might be nasty things in there that try to kill you. Always remember how to count to three. What if you come across a blood thirsty rabbit and need to blow it up with a grenade? |
