Graphics Staff
Oh yeh, the people that make the skins take quite a while for the awesome ones. They need to design each individual graphic, code the board wrappers and the CSS for the skin.

The makers of the forum undoubtebly worked extremely hard to allow them to be used by pretty much anyone with no coding experience whatsoever.

When it comes to skins - most of the work goes into the graphic side, not the coding side.
/IHateMaddox

Which, btw, Maddox's site took little to no coding as well - and by overlooking it i can see how patchy it is. :l
He's definitely not a coder.
You can tell the difference between google'd codes and hand written.
Hand written is more flowing, google'd is more piece by piece in random places.
