Alright, I've always had a question regarding non-offensive force moves.. so here it is:

Why is it that when we "dissipate" something or "flip over someone" that we never state "force dissipates" or "force flips over you". This is no real big issue it's just always been one of those things embedded in my thoughts.

Anyone care to explain to me why we don't say force flip or force dissipates it?

Force dissipates..
Never heard of it.
I've heard of Drain energy, & force drain
And force flip is basically a force jump.
Yet if your character is like buff enough it can do a regular flip of you.

This isn't an inteligent answer, but I don't think dissipates it, starts with Force. I'm pretty sure the whole word is 'dissipates'. As for flip, depending on how they use it, it can be without the force.

-flips to my side-
Pretend your an African american with mad hops. (not being racist or anything, but honestly they're athletic)

Dissipate means to disperse or whatever, since you can't really get rid of Force, same as energy in real life. Force Absorb and Force drain are considered to be Force moves.

No such thing as Force disspate.
Disspate was made a defence move on .Uk to stop the Force orginally to make it more fair.

The fact that dissipate isn't a "force" move is irrelevant. It was an example. Btw, why do you all feel the need to each say "dissipate" isnt a force move.
I was really just looking for an explanation.

Dissipates came in on .uk to replace Dispell. Because Dissipate was longer and harder to type correctly. :D
Pissed me off when they put it in because I had trouble learning to type it, I kept wanting to dispell everything.
