We have bigger things than dress codes to deal with. If you want noobs to reckognize Jedi, all you need is the word "Jedi" in your mission. They don't care they read missions not clothing. But if you want to biitch at me saying I don't want a dress code because of how I dress, GTFO I wear Brown and White robes.

I think, if there's a certain logical reason, someone can wear what they want. Other than that they have to wear standard jedi clothes.
ENFORCEMENT

We should do a belt thing kinda like Karate
one color for each rank. Sort out the caste system among the jedi.

Yes I agree, that the initiates, students, etc. should wear Brownish creamish clothes. However, once they go onto Padwan it's up to their masters if a padawan can change his attire or not, or have the master choose for them.

guys honestly, blue is for senitels, black is for jedi that are like partly evil.

white, cream, tan, brown, and blue are pretty much jedi robe colors.

honestly, no jedi weres purple or like rainbow colors, so just stick to normal jedi clothin, not random habbo clothing.

and people identify us with our cloths, not jus our mottos.

if a noob comes in and sees the masters with purple, they are gonna were purple too!

all that= more nooby non-jedi colors.

Actually they won't wear purple they'll wear whatever the hell the sticky tells them to wear. And if they don't read mottos they aren't going to last long enough in this rp to matter. Sadly. Partly do to their lack of patience and partly do to our selfishness.

-Tiwaz was a great Gm, but why are we talking about this topic again? It's the past, it's done with, move on with the Rp.

As for the Jedi Attire, of course Masters would want them wearing brown and cream, but does it really matter?

it matters very much, jedi robes are a symbol of the jedi, and this is a ROLE-PLAY, we are supposed to make it feel real.

No offense, because you're new and all. But Jedi Attire doesn't mean anything. People want it because they think it looks good. Does me wearing Red have anything to do with my Rp? (don't think so, so it matters not)

then why is it if a rp'er is wearing dark colours, noob jedi call him sith.. without reading the mission to check for it?

^.^

my point is valid :)
have a nice day

Eh, in Kotor, and even in the Comics, not all Jedi wore Brown.

Juhani - Red.
Bastila - Yellow // Cream

And alot of them held blue, and I think saw someone in Black in Dantooine. I doubtr it though. Padawans, Younglings, were inforced to wear brown. No Cloaks, like the Jedi have, just basic robes, and the cloak was reserved to Knights, and Masters, which usually went on Missions. Anyway; the robing for Knights, wasn't inforced, the robes, reflected themselves. Or I think so.

Yes, Luke wore Black, but he also wore cream. It changed during different parts of his life, and training. Myself, I don't limit colors, regardless. The color of your robes, means nothing when you rolelpay. Most Jedi Garments were extreamly different, than a Civilians. So it doesn't matter, what color they are.

Anyway, a dress code would only make it worse to the Jedi. You have to remember, we're AFTER the NJO series, so most of whatever is happening in NJO the Jedi are following. And that means, love is allowed, feelings are allowed, and the Jedi have free will. And if Elliot wants to change that, he will have to influence the Council IC'ly.

HONESTLY, HOW MANY TIMES MSUT I REPEAT MYSELF?

jedi can wear red or yellow or normal things, or the colors i stated earlier, but c'mon, i alrady said this before also, PURPLE AND RAINBOW IS JSUT PLAIN RANDOM AND POINTLESS, NOT REPRESENTING ANYTHING OUT OF THE JEDI.

Juhani had orange robes.
Some knights wore blue (the council)
others had cream
and others brown, but you notice that girl says "Padawan, why arn't you wearing the traditional colors of the Jedi order, Brown" or something like that.

EDIT: Girls name was Belaya
