Alright. Here's the deal. I've been looking up all of the Lightsaber combat forms on wookieepedia. From Shii-Cho to Vapaad. I think we should have a Database on the forums of: The way it is done. Current practicioners. and Current Masters of the Form. But, hey, thats just me. |

I also personally think that a Sith Lord, Dark Lord, Jedi Council Master, or Jedi Grand Master should be able to create a lightsaber form as well, thus having a unique lightsbaer forms category as well. |

It'd be hard to make a new Lightsaber form. Most likely, what you'd end up with would just be a variation of another, already existing style. What I use could be called it's own style, I suppose. It's a style which me and Reid developed, which focuses on cho mai and cho mok to disarm and impair your opponent. It's derived from Makashi and Soresu. I also throw in Dun Moch. But on the subject of the database, why? We have Wookieepedia. -Pyro |

The Generic kind, is all they are going too know, if they dont have the effort too research and study what they are gonna use, and define themselves with. I think this would be un-needed since we'd only be getting the information off wookieepedia anyways. Why not just leave it on wookieepedia? therefore we wouldnt have too update it if it gets updated. |

Can I just point something out: Wookieepedia is a publicly edited database which has no canon foundation. Therefore any knowledge from it cannot be treated as official Star Wars knowledge. On top of this, you cannot validate people, events, items etc. from KOTOR because anyone who played it has made different choices from everyone else i.e. I killed all the Jedi Masters, someone else might have let them live, get my point? |

It has moderators. Sure you can edit it, but it'll be checked 100% too see if you've made any mistakes. Therefore it's pretty reliable. But too be honest, I would rather go by the anatomy of Kotor. Since itself, is a SWRP just for console. |

Wookieepedia isn't always reliable. Note all the warnings they have on half the pages that the things on t he pages may be non-canon. So I figured MAYBE, having possible databases based on what is known to be canon, and variations on those Canon subjects, that we could have more variety to combat other than: -force pulls you to me- -grips your head- -slices down to youe <Insert body part here>- Need I continue? We've all seen that, and maybe getting people to use creative thinking would make the attacks and kills different. If I got off topic to the qestion, sorry. Just trying the prove a side-point as well. |

Instead of telling people HOW too fight, let them have their creativity? If they wanna fight like that, then they will - it's their loss. The truely victorious, will be the creative ones who make the unexpected and tactical movments, usually because they've studied the Lightsaber forms. |

[Slightly Off Topic] Elliot, did you have a change of heart or something? For some reason I am beginning to feel (slightly) positively disposed towards you. |
