Ikayen was paying little notice when the planet of Rhigar finnally drew close enough to warrant his attention. Instead he was focusing on how best to deal with the corruption within his own government; those damn Chaf! How they had managed to become a Ruling House he was unsure, they were rotten to the core and had broken their cardial rule of dignity; never to submit to anothers dominance. Now it was up to house Nuruodo to fix what they had almost broken. Ikayen had chosen Rhigar as the next planet for them to re-take. It had long served as a military base for the CEDF, and Ikayen planed for it to be used that way once again. Already he had cruisers filled with personnel, weapons, equipment and vehicles on the way. He knew the people of Rhigar would not oppose him; they never opposed the Ascendency.

Lines of cruisers exited hyper-space above the planet, and they received no request for authentification - the craft were unmistakable, and the emblem bright on the flagships. The transports headed to the ground while Ikayen watched from aboard the lead flagship. As expected there was nothing but happiness and rejoice with the arrival of his men; they still remembered the protection of the Chiss. Craved it, even.

Ikayen stood from his chair, black suit tugging close to his frame. He stood at least a head talller than the other men on the bridge; although, there were only four. Chiss ships were heavily automated, reducing there need for a navy. That was part of the reason why they had so many CEDF recruits. Ikayen walked up to a large table in the middle. The base was white, but a light-blue glass shimmered over the top. Ikayen waved a hand over the control panel and a star-map appeared. With deliberate relish he pressed his index finger against the planet of Rhigar. A blue field swept over it, encompassing it in the reclaimed Chiss territories.
