I wanted to thank a whole host of folks who helped get me through this! Maul v1 has been extremely helpful as well as Stressdagain, Get U Some3, Mommapeel, F205t, and Cynder76 for introducing me to her skillers group chat. And a special thanks to Toledoguy for the "answers" to the theater section! :thanks sign:

Items needed: Oak planks (15-18), pickaxe, dramen staff or a glory and varrock tellies, hammer and chisel, some good food.
There is a battle at the end in which you must be able to defeat four level 47 monsters using Ranged and Magic (only) and another battle in which you must be able to defeat a level 100 monster using your pickaxe and no prayer.

Levels:

Level 40 Attack
Level 41 Mining
Level 43 Crafting
Level 45 Strength
Level 50 Construction

Start by talking to one of the three TzHaar outside the collapsed tunnel. It is located to the far east of the entrance tunnel to Tzaar area. He says the tunnels need to be repaired - offer to help and go talk to Tzhaar Ket Grol who is just south of you. He gives you a tablet with strange symbols and tells you to go to the library to learn how to read it. The Library is to the west, just past the furnace and very near the fairy rings and summoning obelisk.

After talking to the Librarian (Tzaar Mej Lor), you determine you need to go to talk to Reldo in the Varrock Library to get the origianl copy of the Tzaar Tourist Guide. After talking to Reldo, search the bookshelves on the west wall near the door. Read the book and the note. You determine after a very frustrating bout with translation (that is NOT in base 12 math no matter what they say) that you need Oak Planks, a Pickaxe, and Stone Blocks to repair the tunnels (trust me).

Now go back to TzHaar, and talk to Tzhaar Ket Grol (south of quest start point by the crack in the wall). Tell him you know what supplies you need and he says you can enter the mine. Now head northeast to the end of that tunnel and go in the mine.

Once in the mine talk to Tzaar Hur Brekt and ask him to teach you magma mining. Offer to do something in return for him and he says he wants you to convince the other miners to be in his play. He tells you the plot. Now go and talk to each of the miners and they tell you they don't like it because a Tzaar would never attack another race without provocation. Go back to Brekt and tell him he needs to change the plot. Change it so that "humans started it". Now go back and talk to Klag and the other miners, Following the directions below:

1st klag: what would u change about story.

now! put the 2nd option that he is aware of the situation!
then go to mor: what would u change about story.
and use the only option criminal = tzhaar-xil

then go to brekt and choose option: decide ending.
the ending is option that the criminal's plans are folied

then go to mor:what would u change about story.
take the option plans arent always foiled

then everyone is happy and u can go back to brekt
choose option 'everyone is happy...'


the roles-----

1st : kol : schmul and modify it.

2nd : mor : mack dont modify

3rd : jok : jenny and modify UNTIL u get the option the he asks for attacking the tzhaar or somthing u need to choose option : NO, WE CAN'T HAVE THAT!!--> very important.

4th: klag: hur modify it use option eh, i guess so.

go back to brekt and choose option all roles have been given out. keep clicking and it'll be finished!

Now start mining the obsidian from the walls and use a hammer and chisel to make it into columns. Then get some planks and have the guard treat them (Frok - guard on the far left where you start the quest). Then squeeze through the crack in the wall. Once inside push the rock and start repairing the cave. Be careful when setting the columns that you don't block your way to get through - if you do simply push the column over (you lose that column)

You MAY TAKE DAMAGE while repairing so bring food! You can right click and examine the cave-in's and damaged walls. The one's that say the damage isn't too bad need planks - the badly damaged areas need columns. The first room has no monsters, the second has one that you must use mage to kill, and the 3rd room has 3 monsters that you must use range and mage (only) to kill.

After you complete the 3rd room - the next room has the level 100 monster, so bank for food and a super set before you go in - DO NOT USE PROTECT FROM PRAYERS! and use your pickaxe to kill him - you will need to switch attack styles during the battle (between spike, crush, and stab). Once killed (he drops 1k tokul and big bones), go back to the main hallway and talk to one of the guards at the quest start lcoation and. . .
Congratz!! Quest Complete!

Note: you will need about +-17 columns and 15 planks -

when repairing the tunnels, always go to the back of a passageway and then work your way back to the front. When you repair a heavily damaged setion with a pillar, you can no longer get past without demolishing the pillar.

[size=7]Armadillo Fight[/size] :attack:
For the fight I found out that you must wield a pickax when you first attack him. you will then get the message "your pickax starts to break thorugh TokTz-Ket_Dill's armor" every time you hit him. After about 5 hits you will see his armor brak off and you will start dealing damage to him. At this point I switched to my Dharok's Great Axe and used the crush attach against him. The fight was very short after that.
