I'm not sure if anybody here actually reads webcomics, but I'm posting a list of what I read often anyway. Feel free to do the same. :)

"TSOALR"
www.tsoalr.com
This is a webcomic based on Warhammer 40K, I'm not sure how many of you have heard of it (meaning WH40K, not TSOALR). The title means "Turn Signals on a Land Raider", which is pretty ironic when you consider that a Land Raider is a tank about as big as 2 buses side by side.

"Ctrl-Alt-Del"
www.cad-comic.com
CAD is a long-running comic drawn by Tim Buckly. Personally, I feel that this webcomic is one of the best around (Considering that he can make a living off his webcomic, some people must agree with me). Deals mostly with geek stuff and general awesomeness. Updates several times a week.

"The noob"
www.thenoobcomic.com
"The noob" deals with MMORPGs. The art style isn't quite my type, but the story is pretty engaging. Worth a glance, at the very least. Updates once a week.

"Order of the Stick"
www.giantitp.com
Don't let the simplistic drawing style fool you, 'cause The Order of the Stick is one of THE best webcomics around, next to CAD. The creator, Rich Burlew, is also one of the rare breed of webcomic artists who can make a living off their online endeavours. Deals with DnD (Dungeons and Dragons, for the uninitiated). Updates a few times a week, depending on physical health of Mr Burlew

"Erfworld"
www.giantitp.com
Pretty random webcomic, but awesome all the same. I love the art style, and the unabashed ripping-off of many fantasy games doesn't detract from the excellent storyline. Doesn't update frequently, though (think about once a week).

"Larry Leadhead"
www.larryleadhead.org
Deals with gamer culture (tabletop gaming, to be precise). It's a classic, but some of the jokes may escape the comprehension of non-gamers. Worth checking out. I dunno about the update schedule though.
Best don't proclaim that you are 1337, or Twinkle and Icingdeath you will meet.
