London 1889

In the aftermath of the grizzly Whitechapel murders, Inspector Frederick Abberline finds himself faced with another Murder case just as extraordinary as it's predecessor…

Meanwhile, fresh from solving the mysterious  Murders in the Rue Morgue in Paris, Auguste Dupin, during a business trip finds himself caught up in what will soon become known as one of London's most notorious murder cases and things take an even stranger turn when the second victim is found moments away from Baker street, home to the renowned detective Shlock Holmes

5 Victims scattered across the City and with each one being female, they lead Abberline to believe that The Ripper is once again responsible however Dupin believes something darker is at work, particularly when the autopsy reveals that each was still a Virgin at their time of death and good old Holmes, one step ahead of everyone as usual has already found something to link all five victims together…

each victim has carved upon her chest words of latin…

So this is currently somewhat open ended. I do have some plans for it waiting in the wings but I'll only go into more detail with them once I'm sure you guys are interested in the thread and we have ourselves an Abberline & Holmes.

You can use whichever incarnation of the characters you want :D for example you could use either Michael Caine or Johnny Depp's portrayal of Abberline, Jeremy Brett's or Robert Downy Jr's portrayal of Holmes ect. Its totally up to you

Characters Needed:

  • Inspector Abberline
  • Sherlock Holmes
  • DR. John H. Watson
  • Various London residents Police, Streetwalkers, people of all classes
  • Various characters from Victorian literature i.e Dorian Grey, Dr Jekyll, Irene Adler ect. (will be brought in as the plot progresses)
  • The Killer (Will send you some extra info about this one via PM if your interested)

If your interested just drop a line in here with the character you want and be sure to say which portrayal your going to use and where the Character is from. Originals are welcome too :D

Don't know if I'll have time for wild activity, but if nobody else nips in and wants to be him, I'd be delighted to dig From Hell's Abberline out of the box and have another go =)

Why didn't I see this before?

I don't suppose you'd consider BBC's Sherlock? =D <3 Benedict Cumberbatch ftw! If so, I'll have a go at him. Get Tox to thump me if I'm slow at posting.

Only problem I can see is that he's a modern age Sherlock, so no worries if he's not allowed!

Heeeeey guys :D Im soo glad your interested!!!

Tox: Eeee I would LOVE to see your old Abberz back in play hun! I reckon it'll be one of those causal thread things, the ones where you post when the muse hits you so no worries about super fast posting or anything.

Cappy: Aw man I'm glad your interested hun! I know he's modern day but actually if you reckon you could 'fit him into Victorian shoes' xD I don't see a problem with you using Ben's portrayal :D
