Just sayin'.

Ranger X, Axelay, and Devil May Cry. You just got a hat trick!

Anyway, it is kind of dumb--I don't like the concept of buying individual moves, and the chain system is overrated. Then again, maybe I just don't understand the chain system. So far as I can tell, it rewards you for pressing the same button over and over again--but by that logic, even Sonic Heroes has a better chain system, so I'm hoping DMC is going over my head ATM. Oh yeah, and the bosses are okay; not terrible, but not very fun, either.

On the whole, the game is okay. Maybe action games aren't my thing? It's fun enough. I had only a little more fun with Castlevania: Curse of Darkness, but I appreciate that one a lot more since A) everyone says DMC is the best thing ever and B) everyone hates 3D Castlevania.

Hey, I still need to try God of War. Hm.

My advice: avoid Devil May Cry 2.

Well, maybe not avoid, but just borrow it from someone. You'll give it back the same day; it's incredibly short and not very challenging.

Well, they certainly redeemed themselves with DMC3 then, eh? LOL.
