The reason I didn't at first put this there was because I was actually a bit skeptical to think the island was comprised 100% of Austronesian speakers. The other thing was that this morph included one woman who was culturally-speaking from Comoros in the vicinity of Madagascar, yet included as being from Madagascar, and there was no way for me to know for sure whether she would have spoken not Malagasy but Shikomor. And then I had a problem trying to name the thread, because the demonym of Madagascar is also called Malagasy.
Curious to know..

I think there is an island in the Phillippines also called this..
