Alright. Before we start any good discussions in this forum, I think some ground rules should be laid down.
- Be mature when posting. I can't stress it enough. If you want to make jokes, go ahead, but keep it in good humor. A post that contains only a joke is useless to both sides of an argument- and don't say it was just your clever little way of making a point.
- Keep posts a good length. We're not asking for a wall of text, but a minimum of two or three sentences would be fine.
- If you are posting a new thread, have a clear idea of what you'd like to debate ahead of time. For example- A thread called "Abortion" would be too vague, a better one would be "Pro-Life or Pro-Choice?".
- Do not make things personal. You're arguing people's ideas, not the people themselves. If you seriously have a problem with a member, take it somewhere else. We don't need such things on the forum.
- Debate serious topics, please. I would think that deep down, we're all mature enough that I don't need to elaborate on this.
That should be all for now. Have fun debating!
