Can a person be warned and/or banned for something they did, despite it not being in the ToU? |

... I suppose... might depend on what you did... I say, just as long as it doesn't break a rule that can be moderated with good common sense.

Well that's stupid. Especially in this day and age, 90% of the population has barely any common sense. I'm also sure different people have different views of whats good and bad. |

Flamerfox does have a point. It's highly unlikely that any two people will share the same views on everything. :rolleyes: Which is why I still have to ask... What exactly did you do?

I really think these hypotheticals themselves are stupid. If you did something wrong, but it's not in the ToU, then the mod/admin has no choice. They have to use common sense. And, after taking action, it should be added to the ToU with an appropriate punishment given. |
 I'm just like Cloud... Except I'm not Japanese, or blonde, or that angry, or able to hold that sword... Well, you get the picture.

Just be a good boy and everything will be fine. @ Nick... I got one! Making a second account attempting to imitate some one is unacceptable and is warn or ban worthy! There was much controversy back in my mod days, cause kamain said that it is aganst the rules in an announcement once when someone made a fake account called "kamain," and "kaman" and tried to imatate him. That person was IP banned. (WoW how come I never added this into the wiki) Anyways... he keeps forgetting to add this into the ToU but is still declared aganst the rules. |
