How am I supposed to know that that was a rule if it's not in the place where I look for rules? Also, shouldn't like, Tagas, Dread, and a bunch of other people be banned too, then?

When playing cops and robbers, everyone knows. You called Speedpaws a retard before they figured it was you. Before they knew about your social experiment. You don't run up to somebody, grab their belongings, and run off while playing cops and robbers unless they know that you're playing a game. So, just because you were playing a game, it didn't make it that way for everyone. I wouldn't run up to you, steal your wallet, and, when I get in trouble by the police, say I was just playing cops and robbers. P.S.- They were saying that the rules fell along the lines of don't be a butt, so it didn't really matter if you read them. But, you didn't really abide by that rule. And the ToU says that a person may post once to apologize, not defend themselves. Where was the apology?

What's to keep me from creating an account to flame, and, when I get caught, I just say that it was an experiment? If it's within a reasonable amount of time, you know it was always not real, but, if you do it too late, it seems to be to just avoid punishment. You may not have had bad intentions, but it just was not the best plan. So, just accept that it was deserved on the basis of that. I mean, I'm not upset over the incident, but, you probably did need to be punished for it. If you weren't, it would give people the freedom to flame on a different account, refer to what you did, and claim to be doing it, too.

I don't lie unless I'm pulling a prank, which I'm not. Besides, what's keeping people from flaming everyone off their asses, and then just saying j/k? Not a whole lot, really. In fact, that's been done before. Other people couldn't do it because it'd be a pretty obvious rip-off of what I did, anyway. Hey, if you want me to, I'll even freaking apologize for what I 'did'.

If they didn't, that would just leave it much too open for flaming that way, because they could just refer to how you didn't get punished. So, although your intentions weren't bad, it still had to be dealt with through punishment. Think of it as manslaughter. Sure, you didn't intend to kill anyone, but you still gotta be punished. :lol:

Besides, it seems you haven't always had the best history of conduct, so it is you. Besides, we're not talking about that.
