[23:47] TalAarahk: Dude.
[23:47] TalAarahk: You totally flamed Korgone.
[23:47] TalAarahk: :o
[23:47] Tim: Yea, on msn.
[23:47] TalAarahk: I no
[23:47] Tim: Cant ban me for something on msn.
[23:47] TalAarahk: Lol
[23:48] TalAarahk: But u still flaaamed him :o
[23:48] TalAarahk: Even if it's true.
[23:48] TalAarahk: Which it is.
[23:48] Tim: On msn.
[23:48] TalAarahk: But [20:54] Korgone: no
[20:54] Korgone: its a crap whole
[20:54] Korgone: thats diffrent from crap
[20:54] Korgone: crap = KW
[20:54] Korgone: crap whole = korgone rpg
[20:54] Korgone: and the hatch made me lol
[23:48] Tim: XD
[23:48] Tim: That was possibly the stupidest thing he ever said.
[23:49] TalAarahk: I think it was supposed to be a comeback. O.o
[23:49] Tim: nah
[23:49] Tim: XD
[23:49] TalAarahk: Hm.
[23:49] TalAarahk: I can't get banned on MSN, rite?
[23:49] Tim: No, you cant.
[23:49] TalAarahk: So, I can call you a cunt, post it on the forum in quotes, say ''Yeah' and I'll be fine?
[23:49] TalAarahk: O.o
[23:50] Tim: Yea.
[23:50] TalAarahk: But you know, that's me calling you a cunt on the forum. :o
[23:50] TalAarahk: 'Cause if you post it, I'm all good.
[23:50] TalAarahk: But if I post it.
[23:50] Tim: No, its you quoting the calling of the cunt on msn.
[23:51] TalAarahk: But the yeah says that I mean it and that I'm saying I mean it on the forum, which adds up ot me flaming you on the forum.
[23:51] TalAarahk: Because I post it, not you.
[23:51] TalAarahk: Which means that I want people to know that I think you're a cunt on the forum, thus calling you a cunt...on the forum.
[23:51] TalAarahk: :o
[23:51] TalAarahk: I'm so smrt.
[23:52] Tim: You cant get warned or banned for saying yea.
[23:52] TalAarahk: D00d you ignored my points.
[23:52] TalAarahk: U cunt
[23:52] TalAarahk: ;O HOLY CRAP
[23:52] Tim: If you said yea below the quote,
[23:52] Tim: That would mean your agreeing with the flame,
[23:52] Tim: But,
[23:52] Tim: The flame was on msn,
[23:52] Tim: Not the forums.
[23:53] Tim: So you agree with something not on the forums.
[23:53] Tim: So nobody cares.
[23:53] TalAarahk: Yes, but agreeing with the flame on the forums to forum-goers on the forum is just like flaming you on the forum, what's the idfference?
[23:53] TalAarahk: ESPECIALLY if I quote the flame.
[23:53] Tim: The flame was on msn.
[23:54] Tim: brb
[23:54] TalAarahk: Yes, I know it's on MSN. If I flame you on MSN and tell it to people on MSN I'm all good.
[23:54] *** "Tim" signed off at Sat Sep 09 23:54:20 2006.
[23:54] TalAarahk: But if I go off spouting it into the forum that's exactly like flaming you on the forum.

If you flame someone on msn, and then the person who was flamed posts it, then its ok.
But I supposed If you put the msn convo of YOU flaming someone, then its just like flaming on the forums.
~Yep, you read right.

Done deal.
The way I see it, the flame never actually happened on the forum, it was on MSN. MSN has nothing to do with the forums so rules here would have no jurisdiction in MSN. Posting that log here just says that it happened there, not here. So, it wouldn't be just cause for a warn here - because it never officially happened on the forums. It's like calling your Sunday school teacher an butthole at your own home and then going to her directly saying, "Hey guess what? I called you an butthole..." and there would be nothing she could do about it because you never called her an butthole directly. If the flame was made directly here, then it would mean a warn, but that isn't the case.

So no, there's no need for a warn in this particular situation.
Gone.

Tell me, what's the difference between:

Flamerfox, you're a dick.

Yeah.

and

Quote:

[23:15] TalAarahk: Flamerfox, you are a dick.

Yeah.

Like Clince said, I'M the one posting it, which means that I'm reinforncing the flame IN the forum.
She COULD so stuff about it, you see. If you go up to her and say you called her a buttholle, then you're calling her a butthole right then because you're reinforcing the insult right in her face.

It's like if someone posts a convo of them calling someone a cunt, then saying: Yeah, by the way, I really do think you're a cunt.

I would say yes, considering you are posting it here to reinforce it on the forums. However... does Flamerfox take offense?

From the sounds of it, no... So, I think I'll vote, no, you should not be warned. Then again, you're using some dirty language... That might be cause for a warn. ;)

Just because nobody's offended doesn't mean it's any less of a flame. You don't warn people because someone was offended, you warn people because they were trying to offend someone.

Wikipedia Entry On Maury

After the video, with the female often further enraged or upset, the male will walk onto the set; he will usually be booed loudly by the audience. The male will typically react in a "you-don't-know-me" mannerism, showing confidence that he is not the father. A picture of the baby juxtaposed with a picture of the male will appear on a video screen, to which the female will usually say how she thinks they look similar, and the male will say how they do not look alike at all. One common occurrence is that each person will claim that he or she is beyond 100% (often 200% or 1,000%) sure that the man is/is not the father, with figures sometimes reaching as high as 1,000,000% (the highest this has it gone is "infinity-plus 1 percent", in the show aired on November 20, 2007 when a participant named Natasha (surname unknown) claimed to be "infinity-plus 1" percent sure that a man was the father of her child (The DNA test then proceeded to prove her wrong) [3]).

Eh?
Flamer wouldn't be warned in the first place because he didn't DO anything.

Heres the final judgement:
The only reason a person can be procecuted is if THEY posted it. Someone else posting something cant get someone in trouble. Its like me quoting korgone saying that im a dirty slut. Who knows if he said that? The only way to know is if HE posts it. Theres really not much to discuss.
~Yep, you read right.
