Ok, I've seen some people saying that whenever they try to test play, a little message pops up and says something about rgss100j.dll, so a bunch of people have probably figured this out, but here it is anyway (For rpg maker XP newbs.) Ok, if you downloaded rpg maker XP from rpg infinity, big mistake. They're rgss100j.dll file is corrupt. First, search google for another rgss file. Once you find one, and download it, and then open the folder and copy the file. go to your rpg maker xp folder, it should be called RPGXP, and paste the file in the folder. (Not data, audio or graphics) now, when you test play your game it should work. This is only for the newbies who didn't know, so don't start say "Well, duh!". |
