Ruby only works in XP. As for making it animated... I don't know. |

I've seen a script to bypass the title screen, then you could make your own with events, but not one for animated screens. |

Yes. Like the local know-it-all alastyr said you can just have a script that changes the title scene to a map with events. You could use fog and stuff from there, and have other such things. Another thing to do would be to replace Scene_title with this...
That animates it by using different title screens in a loop. Bah, hope I helped in some way. |
