I can sorta make one, but the problem is every time I change it, it crashes the save files. Also, you load game before you get to the screen. |
|
<table border=0 cellpadding=0 cellspacing=0 height=85 width=200><tbody><tr height=85><td align="right" width=3><marquee behavior="alternate" direction="up" height=85 vspace=0>|</marquee></td><td><marquee behavior="alternate" direction="up" height=85 vspace=0><marquee behavior="alternate" height=85 vspace=0>o</marquee></marquee></td><td align="left" width=3><marquee behavior="alternate" direction="up" height=85 vspace=0>|</marquee></td></tr></tbody></table> I am so good at this game | |

But how would you make an event to call the screen, before the game is loaded?

The Crimson Reaver....

You wanna now? Ill tell you. First, you make a title for your game.(As in the normal title area) That says Create a system file here. Then you change the options in the database to create system file and load system file. Okay this is where you begin. After they create or load a system file, You just set up an area with your actual title as the backround. Nows where it gets hard. also where im gonna stop. Ill make a tut for it soon....I gotta work out the extra's system first.... Ill give you a hint though, Its all about the placement of the options pic or sprite(Up to you i guess....) and enter password commands. |

Not to sound mean, but whats the point of having a custom title system? It has the same features as the normal one... |

The point of it is its not the same. Look closer. In my menu screen ive added the extras feture. When this is chosen you will be taken to a new menu where you can choose to listen to music youve unlocked, and also veiw art and enemy data youve unlocked. also, after you beat the game once, A new option appears on the main menu. New game +. In this you keep all your upgrades and armors and such...you know what a new + is....Least you should.... |

Ya, I know how to do this, I've done it. That's exatly what I did. You make all saving save points. The saving works is you first make the screen go balck (0 tenths of a sec.) Then you call the save menu. Then you give them the choice of "Continue" "Return to Title Screen" and "Quit." Continue: You make the screen normal (10 tenth of a sec.) Return to Title Screen: Memorize Location. Telepot the hero to the title screen map, change all hero graphics to nothing, and tint the screen normal . Quit: Return to title screen command As for his choices New Game: Hide screen (fade out). Remove everything, Items, XP, everything, even equiped stuff. Turn off all switchs, and set all variables to 0. Equip the defult EQ. Change all hero graphics to normal. Teleport to where you want the game to start. Show screen (fade in). Concinue: Hide screen (fade out). Recall location. Show screen (fade in). Quit: Return to title screen command Extra: It depends what you put in. |

Yeah, this actually isn't that hard, but it looks like a waste of time to spend making. It's extremely impressive how much custom stuff your putting in though! |

ok,heres what happens you just name an event an enemy in your database and give it a pic then the ruby script does the rest you can run by holding down a button and moving, but only for a certain amount of time you can asign 3 skills to hot keys, but they cant be used if they dont go with the person your playing as NOTE:it lags a lot if used on a main map, like a town or sumthin |
