Member Rights
- Members have the right to petition and/or give any kind of feedback to any action that an administrator or moderator takes
-members have the right to be on these forums without harassment

Moderator and Administrator Rights
- Moderators have the right to move, delete, split, close, open, pin, unpin, bump, and/or merge any topic with just cause
- Moderators have the right to warn any member with just cause
- Moderators have the right to ban any member with just cause

- Abuse of power, or breaking of other rules will be cause for immediate demotion

Topic Rules
- Topics must be relevant to the forum that they are posted in

- Topics must not promote your own site, or any other site, unless in the proper forum

- Every reply must be relevant to the topic.

Poll Rules
- Polls must not promote your own site, or any other site, unless in the proper forum

Flaming Rules
- Flame wars will be cause for topic deletion and a warning
- Getting past swear filters will be cause for moderator editing and a warning
- Verbal assault will be cause for topic deletion and a warning
- Extremely hateful statements will be cause for a ban

Spamming Rules
- Small accounts of spam will be cause for deletion of the post(s), and a post count reduction of 25 posts.
- Large accounts of spam will be cause for deletion of the posts, a post count reduction of 25 posts, and a warning.
- Spam is off topic posting and/or a post with no real meaning to the reader and/or constant double posting.
- Anyone is allowed to spam in the “Funny quotes and pictures” forum with out punishment.
- Only a moderator/administrator can decide if a post is spam.

Signature Rules
- A signature can be no longer then 25 lines. (300 pixels.) If you signature exceeds this size you will simply be notified to shrink it down. If you fail to shrink your signature after notification then you will have you signature completely cleared and receive a warning.
- Signatures must not contain vulgar statements, excessive violence, pornography, or links to pornographic websites and/or extremely hateful statements

BanWarning Rules
- Your warning level will be lowered whenever a moderator sees fit
- Reaching 3 warns allows you to be ban
- Banned members may not guest post, this is cause for an extension of a ban the first and second time, and a permanent ban and IP block the third time
getting around a ban with a new account will result in that account being permantley suspended.. and your main account having the ban extended
- Braking the ToU while guest posting one multiple occasions will be cause of an IP ban. Members are asked to use an account, but are not forced to.
- Any banned person MAY get around the ban to post ONCE, so that they may apologize for their actions.

Account Related Rules
- A moderator/administrator wishing to give out his/her password must first gain permission from Kamain. After the person receiving the moderator/ administrator’s password has accomplish his/her goal with the account the moderator/administrator mush then change his/her password. Failure to comply with these rules will result in immediate demotion, and their password changed by an administrator. (Help Admins become Global Mods, Global Mods become Moderators, Moderators become normal members. Normal members are advised to change their password after giving it out, but are not forced to.

Terms of Use Updating Rules
- If a non-moderator member wants to pose a new Terms of Use, or that the existing one should be updated, then he will post this topic in the suggestion forum. When a moderator/administrator sees this he will post a new poll in The Senate. (A moderator/administrator will go strait to The Senate.) If a new Terms of Use is made then there will be an announcement. If the new Terms of Use is rejected then there will be a post in the original topic suggesting one. (If there was one in the suggestion forum)
-Any administrator may change the terms of use at any given time with just cause. They must post an announcement immediatley after doing so, or face a demotion or ban. Any objections to the rule change by a moderator will result in a poll in the senate, where the new rule must be approved by a 2/1 ratio to stay in place
