At when this forum first started and think to yourself, 'how childish was i then' or 'why did i post that?'
In a moment of boredom i browsed through my old topics to see such random moments with CAPITALS and exclamation marks '!!!' And also at how narked i got about when someone didn't know/like a certain rock band. The thing that mainly got me in my moment of curiousity though, was the way i used to argue with Naoko all of the time over pretty much nothing and when she was 90% of the time right anyway.
Suppose it just shows how you mature over the years, slap me if I ever post like that again.

It's a constant on off thing. I always come back here and look at some of the old topics. I notice how childish I sound (Especially back in the first few months of HF) and say how crazy i was then. Then a few months later i look at the topics i posted the months before and see how crazy i was then.
I guess i'm just ongoing crazy. Blame ADHD.
Oh, and btw Arnie, i remember those debates o_O i also remember LollyWolly bitching a lot with another member I can't remember presently...

I'm not much different now than I was when I first started coming. Of course, I was 22 when I joined and I'm 25 now.

I posted this on March 26, 2007:

God, I really hate this channel now. I've been watching Comedy Central for the past 5 years, and when I first started watching it, I never thought I would dislike it the way I do now. I mean, their new show "Halfway Home" was just awful. It was perhaps one of the worst shows I ever watched along with, of course, The Naked Trucker & T-Bones Show. I mean, I have a list of shows that I'm avoiding on Comedy Central alone:
*Halfway Home *Naked Trucker & T-Bones Show *Sarah Silverman Program *Showbiz Show With David Spade *Freak Show *Mind Of Mencia *Reno 911 *Shorties Watching Shorties (Reruns) *All Stand Up Comedians (Excluding a few) *90% Of The Movies Showed
I will not waste time telling you WHY I hate these shows, but I will go on with the current state of Comedy Central.
South Park and The Daily Show are the only two shows keeping this network afloat. Ever since Dave Chappelle snapped they've been looking for replacements and failing miserably. You would think that the executives of Comedy Central could've put more effort into finding a replacement for him. (considering the fact that giving Chappelle his own show was a brilliant idea) But no. Instead they give Carlos Mencia, Sarah Silverman and David Spade (Three terrible comedians) their own crappy shows. And to be honest, I'd rather stick corkscrews in my eyes than have to watch another episode of any of the three shows above. I mean, Mind Of Mencia follows the same humor. Over and over and over again. Stereotypes can only stay funny for so long, and when the same one is used every twenty seconds, not only does it get old, but it gets freaking annoying. The Sarah Silverman Program is nothing but poop jokes and Sarah trying to act cute and nasty at the same time. Watch it. I dare you. The whole show revolves around her being stupid and being rude to other people, and then she'll top it off with some crappy joke like "My name is Jay and I have diarrhea breath." As for David Spade, I would probably like that show if he didn't host it. He just has this attitude that makes me want to knock his teeth in. But still, a show mimicking VH1's celebrity shows? With DAVID SPADE? Was that really necessary.
On top of all that, Reno 911 has gotten OLD, Naked Trucker And T-Bones Show and Halfway Home have no tasteful jokes whatsoever, Freak Show just follows the same crappy trend as all the other shows, All the stand up comedians that perform suck. (with exceptions of: George Carlin, Mario Cantone, Dave Chappelle, Mitch Hedburg, Dane Cook and Ron White) And just about every movie displayed on that channel, either contains perverted teenagers and college students or contained jokes that stopped being funny years ago.
I like:
*South Park *Drawn Together *Daily Show *Colbert Report *Reruns of Mad TV *Reruns of Scrubs
You can scratch the last two because they're not originally from Comedy Central. I can't see Drawn Together lasting any longer than another season. It's not that popular and even though it is funny, it is stupid.
Somebody has to wake up and tell Comedy Central that People pretending to be dirtbags, fart jokes and gay stereotypes are not THAT funny.
I wonder...hmm...well, I was way too harsh with this. I think I should've been a little less critical.

A lot of these shows don't even exist anymore, I'm pretty sure. I like Sarah Silverman and Reno 911 now, and I completely forgot about #1, 2, 4, 5, and 8. In fact, Freak Show? I don't even REMEMBER that....at least the others that I forgot I have some recollection of.

WOAH! WOAH! I was a bitch when I was 15. I also appear as though I have no idea what I'm talking about. I still hate Mencia because he blatantly steals jokes from other comedians. I was actually watching Robin Williams the other day, and one of the jokes he told was almost exactly the same as one of Mencia's jokes. Gotta find it so you all can see, lmao. I don't know why I was so harsh on Silverman and Spade. Honestly, I think they're great comedians now. As for a bad comedian: Dane Cook. WTF? I thought he was good back then? GTFO! I also thought it was funny that I pointed out that the show's target audience is "preverted teenagers and college students" when now, I'm pretty sure it's aimed towards just guys in general.

Well, I was dead on with the Drawn Together thing. I still like all those shows but not having Mad TV on any more does NOT rock my socks!
I gotta look for more, this is fun.
