I'm hoping to start working out again at the beginning of October. My weight is still constant, around 140, since when I stopped lifting weights and such 5-6 months back. It's probably because the only fat I'm gaining is replacing the slight muscle I'm losing. Working out means better sleep quality, and that means I'm probably going to be sleeping less often in school. My sleepiness is affecting my academic performance, and I know that for a fact. Weather will be better in October, since it doesn't rain as much only in that month. I was looking on this city-data.com website of my neighborhood, and they say the same thing: ![]() When I start working out on my upper chest again, I'll be doing the same Monday-Wednesday-Friday schedule. In between those days, thanks to the good weather in October, I'm hoping to be riding my bike for cardio and leg exercise. Seems like I got this plan set down nicely. Let's hope I can stick with it when October comes. I've come to the realization not that long ago that listening to music helps me put myself in a good mood. I probably already knew this but forgot about it as my dull summer came through. Electronica and trance (especially) usually put me in a relaxed, good mood, so I'm hoping to concentrate my music likings to those certain genres for the best effect. If you know any artists in that area that I should check out, let me know. I need to expand on my artists for music such as this. Somewhere in there, hopefully I can improve academically for school. You know, the typical reading through your school textbook as you lay on the bed. Once I have my discipline on working out, I can expand onto improving my school performance overall. I'm hoping to have it all together by the end of next month. That would be one hell of an improvement. |
