Yup. Unfortunately, school starts on August 17th. That means next week will be my last week of summer. I got less than 10 days now to spend on my free time. Not like it matters, though. I've been killing time daily for about a month now. School is just something to look forward to. It's going to be different this year, since Freshmen are now going to have their own lunchtime and different uniforms. Hell, they'll probably have their own section in one of the buildings. And guess what? Freshmen get lunch first now, which means the other three grades are going to be pushed back an hour. Pretty gay huh? They're trying to separate them from us, but then they get lunch first. We're gonna be left with the stale crap that's been left out for an hour. Pushing back three other grades an hour for one grade to eat? The ratio doesn't make sense. There's not that much to sum up to this summer. Saint and Demetri were around the first few weeks, and we mostly worked out with Kody and did cardio at the park. But those weeks were short-lived. Since then, when I wasn't sitting on the computer, I was at Kyle's, most of the time playing Rock Band 2 with Kody and sometimes Matt, Kyle, and Steven (their cousin). Saint has been absent ever since the first few weeks of summer, and I only saw Demetri once more a week ago. It's just been mostly me hanging out at Kyle and Kody's, with Matt sometimes being there too. Other than that, I got my braces, went to Kyle's dad's surprise party, went bowling twice, and saw one or two movies. That's pretty much it. Nothing I can really do these next 10 days that's out of the ordinary. Hopefully there's something good coming out of my upcoming sophomore year. I'm pretty much ready to go. |
