Seems I'm a bit late but seriously, don't stay with her if you are not happy. I was with a girl for over a year and realized that I wasn't happy with it. Once you get married things will become much more difficult. Don't let what she says affect your judgment. If you guys are meant to be together it will feel like you should be. On a side note, way to be d-bags and spam up Arnie's topic.
