So June's coming to an end, and I can say my summer has been fine so far. Nothing much has happened, but I can't expect much from my neighborhood. Haven't bothered on going outside much because the heat has been rising to 100 daily, with a touch of humidity. There was pretty much a drought for weeks until a few days ago. So now these past few days have been a little cooler, at least. It's only 94 degrees right now, and it's past noon. Boy, do I like my little weather station.

It's been a week since I got braces, and I think I'm finally starting to get used to them. They're barely sore now, but I have to keep up with brushing my teeth twice every day. I always swish my mouth out every time I eat, in order to get the food out of my braces (which is annoying as hell).

Saturday night, my dad, brothers, and I went bowling. We were there for at least three hours, and ate a LOT of pizza. I love bowling, but we only go like once or twice a year. Sometimes I would get gutter balls, but all of a sudden score strikes. I bowl pretty weird. We played like 6 games. And for all that time we were there, it was only 36 dollars in the end. Was pretty fun. Pizza made me throw up later that night, though. D: Besides that, it's been the same ol' Waggaman.

My older brother Jacob moved back in. I think he moved into Luke's room, which used to be his. He didn't like staying at his friend's house because he pays rent, but he apparently doesn't even stay there that much. So he moved back in but works two jobs. Cool to have him back. We were just now playing Diablo 2 on hardcore ladder, since he loves it so much. I finally got the full Tal Rasha's set for my level 90 sorceress, while I was at Kyle's house on Kody's laptop two days ago. Haha, he got the laptop from school for free, but it's like... from 2002 or something. Diablo 2 heats up his laptop and even has low fps sometimes. Makes me laugh how it does that for a 9-year-old game. Matt was there again, too. I slept over that night after playing Diablo 2 for hours with Matt. We did a little bit of Rock Band 2. Kinda wore myself out on it throughout the week. I play it every now and then, now.

Demetri hasn't stopped by at either of our houses lately. He does street boxing and UFC often, so I guess that's what he's been up to. Saint's still in Mandeville... doing whatever he does. Sometimes I wish I lived there. It's a lot more middle-class and stuff... And the neighborhoods are right next to restaurants, shopping centers, and all that stuff. A lot of hot white chicks too. :D But yeah, the only people I've been seeing around besides my family are my neighbors Kody and Kyle, and Matt.

I don't know what my mind has been up to, but I've been having more lucid dreams above the average amount. I had like... 4 or 5 now these last two weeks. I even had a lucid dream this morning. Pretty crazy. I checked my hands for a reality check (since apparently it's hard for your mind to process them), and they looked disfigured as hell! Scared me a bit.

I wonder sometimes if anything BIG will change in this neighborhood. Maybe they'll finally start building houses on those deserted streets behind my house one day, or... something, you know? Nothing has changed in this neighborhood for the past two years. I was even thinking about making a series about the dullness in Waggaman and how us lively kids have to deal with it.

Let's see what's in store for July.
