Wii. The wii isn't as good as they say.. Also, PS3 isn't overrated.. nobody talks about it. I personally don't find it bad, but it's not that good either. Edited by Tedyz, Jun 6 2009, 01:55 PM.

Meh. I'm gonna go with PS3 simply because a lot of people think it's a revolutionary machine when it's pretty much just a Blu-ray player on which you can play MGS4. I wouldn't call the Wii overrated. Ever since that E3 where Nintendo said they were aiming at the casual gamers and forgetting their fanbase, nobody's expecting anything good to come out on it anymore. Good games are just an extra now. If anything's overrated about the Wii, it's some of the games (read : SSBB), not the console itself. It's less powerful than the PS3 and the 360 and unless you really freaking love the Wiimote you have nothing to brag about. We should just be thankful it has the Virtual Console and is backwards compatible I guess. As for the 360 it has the best library of games (hands down), online and multiplayer, but the technical problems are a letdown. Overheating can be countered if you decide to invest in a decent fan, but the red ring of death was a problem at launch and still is now, which begs the question: Why hasn't this been fixed yet? But IMO it's more about overrated games than consoles right now, the consoles launched multiple years ago and two of them have a pretty limited library of games anyway. |

I think they're all pretty much accurately rated right now. Of course, it depends on which crowd you ask. |

I have to agree with storm here, that's for sure... but the hype for the wii is too much if you ask me. Like... I was expecting it to be really amazing the way everyone was talking about it, then when I bought it was just like "...wait that's it?" |
