Almost nothing. Almost sure the best Wii game will end up being one on the Virtual console unless Madworld ends up being incredible. Dead Rising Wii promises to suck compared to the original and as usual 95% of the games are games for casual gamers and sports games with 2009 at the end of their name instead of 2008.

nothing, as FM said. I havent even heard of Dead Rising Wii, and Madworld looks only remotely interesting (may get it if the reviewsd are good and the price is pleasureable.) The DS is looking far better, ESPECIALLY with a Studio Ghibli game i CAN'T *censored* WAIT FOR!!!!

I agree with you FM to a degree with the VC comment.

Still hoping for Goldeneye 007. *crosses fingers*

Dead Rising is an AWESOME game.

Assuming you're not playing it on the Wii, that is.

Sorry to say, but it looks like there's not much to say for any of the Wii's games. 360 is getting everything.

Upon looking up upcoming Wii games, I did come across a game called "Fragile: Farewell Ruins of the Moon." It's from the guys who made Baten Kaitos and Eternal Sonata. Seriously the only thing I could find that sounded pretty interesting.

And honestly, most of the stuff I found look like old PS1 games. Seriously, they're making a new Klonoa for the Wii. And a bunch of other stuff that's reminiscent of games like a crappy early Spyro. Fun maybe, but not what's expected of the Wii.

Also I found that they're supposedly making a second No More Heroes, set for 2010. Hmm.

Madworld
House of the Dead: Overkill
The Conduit
Deadly Creatures
Punch-Out!
New Play: Pikmin

All of those in the first half of the year? This is the best year Wii's had yet so far. Of course, it had to be when I got rid of my Wii.

Let's hope Nintendo won't ditch non-casual gamers like they did last time. >_>

But hey, FM, the rumors out now are that the new Zelda will be unvailed this year. ^_^

Nintendo also said that future Zelda games would be easier due to them targeting a wider audience. Sucks for gamers who actually want some sort of challenge.

To date, it seems House of the Dead: Overkill is the best of 2009, but MadWorld might be better.

I like its style, let's hope it will be good.

Concerning Dead Rising: it's a fun game for the 360, but it's pretty overrated in my opinion. It's kind of mindless and doesn't have real replay value apart from Achievements (which, I might add, I don't like as a forced replay value system at all).

The Wii version is simply terrible.

About E3: It's a huge casualfest, what were you expecting? E3 is the most mainstream expo and it has lost prestige compared to previous years. They didn't even show any of the good Wii games of last year in E3 2008.

About the new Zelda project: Apparently, it has two modes, one of which is the same as old Zeldas. Let's say it's something like a difficulty level, but much more than that. So, I'd say if this is true, then it will be actually more challenging than, say, Twilight Princess, since casuals can have a whole mode dedicated to them, so the other mode might be actually tough.

We can only hope.
