Umm...so, what are your school/college schedules. I think I'll give you mine.

1. Acad. Chemistry. (I have a huge feeling I'm going to do mediocre in this class.)
2. Phys Ed. (Easy to pass. My teachers basically grade us on how good we do on sports, which sucks, but it could be worse._
3. Algebra (Better than Geometry which I had last year. High hopes. ^(^__^)^
4. Lunch
5/6. US History (Oh crap. I hope the teacher adds homework to a huge amount of our grades.
7/8. English (Could be worse)
9. Graphic Arts (w00t!)
10. Art Exploration

2. art (should be a knock off class but the teacher is annoying. hot, but annoying.)
3 world history ap (the easiest teacher ever, major knock off class)
4 Humanties(for some reason thats what my academic decathlon class is called, anyway aca deca rules)
5. english 2 ap (cool teacher, longest period, its an okay class)
6. Alg 2 ap (awesome teacher, head of the UIL department so i dont have to do ANYTHING in that class as long as i do good in UIL, which i will)
7 Chem ap (crayola teacher, this class will bore me to death)
8 Telecommunications and networking (awesome class, building computers and stuff, so i basically have a free ride through this class.)

Mine varies depending upon what day of the week. And I don't feel like writing what happens on what days, so I'll just say that I'm taking a bunch of random classes.

Sem 1
Spare Block (sleeping in, w00t!)
Social 30-1
English 30-1 Honours
Science 20

Sem 2
ComTech30 (soon to be a spare)
Math 30 Applied (with a friend of mine, very likely, which is good, as this particular friend is a fun person to have classes with)
Science 30 (again, soon to be a spare)
Japanese 30

The two courses I'm dropping are due to the fact I had 10 more courses than I thought I had, so I need 2 less courses to pass. As it is I only need 4 courses to pass, however good to have 5 as a safie, I can fail Japanese or Math and still pass, that means. ComTech is basically graphic design stuff, pointless class for me, just took it for easy credits (granted this one girl I know will not be happy that I dropped that course, she was excited we had it together). Science 20 is technically useless to take without taking 30, since I have a grade 11 science, however an academic stream of science looks better than a lower stream when it comes to applying to the UofA. I'm happy about a morning spare, I was late for 15 social classes, and skipped even more, last year year due to my sleeping in. English Honours is a waste, not enough mark to warrant the extra work, only still staying in it for the purpose of applying to university. Not sure if I should keep Japanese 30, but again, a course I'm only staying with for when I apply to go to university. Basically a class I know I probably won't use, but still will look alright on paper. Social is the Canadian version of history. This year is entirely focused on the Cold War, which I am happy about, I love the Cold War. My favourite period of history. WW2 may have the battles, but the Cold War has the political intrigue and the climate at the time let to some really great thinkers from all fields. Math comes easily to me, bores the hell out of me, but I'm keeping it because it's just a rigid set of rules.

Different note, but I can not understand how you Americans turn algebra into an entire course unto itself. That's *censored* insane, if I could just take Algebra, I'd be so happy. Seems like a *censored* system to me though, I cannot imagine a way to have a course that is just geometry without it just being a repetitive course, same with trig.

O_O I had eight courses a semester when I was in high school.

Blocks here are longer, so there's more time to learn in each course. When I was in junior high we had 8 blocks a semester, I prefer the longer blocks. Makes class discussions better, which is something English teachers like to have. Covering more in one day works better for me, as I tend to be asleep in the morning so last year I liked having a bit more time to wake up in a class. Usually takes half an hour for me to be fully awake. Plus the amount of material we cover is a fair amount.

welcome to my world, i basically sleep through the math classes because they are so easy and repetitive. especially considering my geometry teacher was a crayola teacher (meaning all she did was posters, and models, and mobiles WHICH I *censored* HATE WITH A PASSION).
