Every once in a while, I come across an album that I enjoy so much, I practically obsess over it. The Black Parade would be one of those albums.

Personally, I don't care for any of the songs from "I Brought You My Bullets, You Brought Me Your Love" or "Three Cheers For Sweet Revenge", but this time around, it was different, it was much, much better. The Black Parade mixes elements of the band Queen, punk rock, and classic rock.

Just about every song on the album is awesome in it's own special way. Many times, I'll be listening to the song, and somehow, even though I had never heard the song before, it sounded very familiar. (Teenagers, House Of Wolves, Mama) And then, I couldn't help but sing out loud. Like other albums, the songs on the album all follow the same type of mood, but unlike other albums, the mood does not get old fast and you can identify which song is which after about one or two listens.

This album is proof that My Chemical Romance has improved. I hope they keep going in this direction. I shall add it to the list of albums that never get old for me:

Pinkerton - Weezer
Green Album - Weezer
Eyes Open - Snow Patrol
Dusk And Summer - Dashboard Confessional
The Black Parade - My Chemical Romance

Best track: "Dead!"
