Actually no. The ugliest Pokemon I can remember were Muk and Jynx.

They changed Jinx's skin from black to purple because a lot of black Americans (as aposed to blacks in Japan or other countries) got angry over it. Funny, I don't think people in JAPAN were really thinking about black people when they made something based on a creature from JAPANESE MYTHOLOGY. |
