So, eh, MIT decided to put a Triforce on its roof. http://web.mit.edu/unlocked/Public/zelda-triforce/index.html I don't know why yet, but lawl. What's bad is that I've heard the Triforce was used by the KKK before, which might confuse some people. >_<; |

Did they know they were using the triforce from Zelda or is it just a coincidence? |

Yay Triforce! Though lots of people/companies/businesses use the Triforce design to represent themselves. |

The KKK used an upside down image that resembled the Triforce. This is a KKK medallion from 1866. It is all a mere coincidence. Although I am beginning to think twice about getting a Triforce tattoo. ![]() Sorry for the double post. |

There's also a hardware company that uses the symbol. And yeah, the KKK symbol is upside down, but I used to know a guy who was drawing triforces on a paper at school, and some people were like WTFKKKHAX. |

A really good university. Math or something.
Seriously? Cool. I want to get one, but after reading this . . . well, nerds will understand the Triforceness. Actually, I was trying to decide between getting a tattoo of the Triforce or one of the Hyrule Royal Crest. (The bird looking thing on the Hylian Shield.) |

I'd really like to get this tattoo. But not necessarily in the same color scheme.

Yes, that's exactly the one which I want. However, I am hesitant because I have no idea where to get it. Well, I don't want to realize when I'm fifty or sixty that my skin starts to get a little saggy and the tattoo looks totally gross. Similarly, I don't want to get it anywhere that might distort it if I were to get pregnant--which hopefully doesn't happen, but that's beside the point. |

I'll probably just get mine on my arm. When I am older, it can remind me of my the joys of my youth. I think it would look really cool if I had it on my whole back, but that would be very expensive and personally, to much tat for me. I'm not big on having my body covered in ink and that would be a lot. |

You NEVER want kids? 'Cause, you know, most people change that... That's why they have such strict rules for getting your tubes tied, because people are like "ZOMG I WANT BABIES AGAINZ." Anyway, lawl. My mother has a pegasus on her chest. No, not low down. Like where it's covered by a work shirt, but you can see it in a nice shirt on the left side. It might work out there, or on your ankle-ish. My grandmother has a rose on her ankle, I THINK. I know my mom does. Most girls don't like tattoos down their arms because it looks manly-ish, but that works too. Like on your shoulder. |

I know. But that seems like the best place to get it because the skin doesn't sag very much through age, and it's easy to hide. Curse the hos.
I don't want kids because I think that there are plenty children out there who need a good home. I want to adopt a couple of kids from China and give them an opportunity for a better life. Why should I bring more people into this crappy world when there are so many out there who would give anything for a better life? Annnnnnddd I know that I may change my mind in the future; that's why I don't want to get a tattoo anywhere which would be affected by pregnancy. (Also, getting a tattoo on your ankle is fine until your ankles swell. ;) ) So I'm thinking of getting a tattoo on my shoulderblade. |

Problems can happen anywhere. If you are going to avoid getting a tattoo because an ankle will swell, might as well not get one at all. Things happen to everywhere on the body. My cousin has the medical snake-staff-thingie on her lower back because she's a nurse. Lawl. |

I am not sure if I can get a tattoo because I have keloid which is a skin condition where my scars heal rapidly and never stop healing over. I use to have a few piercings and when I had to take them out for a job, they filled in within hours. By the end of the night, I couldn't put them back in. Not all parts of my body have it, but it's hard to find the spots that don't. |
