But I suppose that's simple courtesy. Ah well. At times we de-mod everyone and change who's who. Right now the only people in position are Panther and myself, and I was even demoted from AA to SA. (Which doesn't really bother me, I don't mind.) Lolly, we love you, but just because you're good friends with someone doesn't mean you think they're the best candidate for something. I'm sorries, but we have our reasons. Although I think you were better than a lot of the nominees. I'd say Fullmetal is the best choice hands down, and I also think L is a close second. Caleb posts a lot and tends to follow rules well, while Cheese... Well, he's only recently come back, and I don't trust for him to stay active. Sorry, Chees0rz.

Yes, at times I am a bit cranky, cynical, and sarcastic, but I also know my ass from my elbow when it comes to everything around here. I am also one of the more mature people of this group, and I tend to keep things orderly. And Naoko, I understand what you mean, but it's more than seniority. It's the basic principle that I've been modded and de-modded too many times. All of a sudden we think we can just start giving people the boot based on how many hours they spend gawking at this place or at what side of the Prime Meridian they're on.

It's more than just that, but that is an important part. Say if you're only on once every other day, someone who's on twice per day is likely a better candidate.
