Well, the Deku tree does know a lot about the history of hyrule so that COULD be the first Deku tree, obviously the WW Deku Tree is the 2nd one after the 1st one died in OoT

I guess all the worlds (besides Termina) have some form of tree. Even Labrynna and Holodrum in the Oracle games had trees. (They were called the Maku Trees. One was a girl, one was a guy. The girl one had a crush on you... ICK. But they do help you and all.)
