While you should of course put your bf/gf/husband/wife/sexxing before games, they should also be tolerant of your hobbies and interests. This example is kind of extreme, as some of the guys sound as if they're semi-addicted to games... Really, standing your girl up to play games is not a good idea. But if you can't deal with your bf wanting to spend some of his free time with the guys playing CS or L4D or something, you're with the wrong person. Really, it's great that I can hang out with my bf and play all kinds of games and be happy - unlike most girls, I'm not just doing it to entertain him, I'm doing because HAY I actually like games. I can't imagine having a relationship where we didn't share such a hobby. Storm's right. At least respect and understand your bf/gf's hobby. It's not that bad. That is, unless they're addicted. That kind of sucks for anyone involved. |
