The SNES was freakin awesome. I think everyone else here agrees that the SNES was a great console with a lot of great games, but that's the past. A great past, but past nonetheless. And as much as I've liked Nintendo ever since I was a kid, it's not hard to see that the 360 is owning the Wii in gear, games and online capabilities. The PS3, successor to the most sold console ever (PS2) is reduced to being a Blu-Ray DVD player with controller ports. It's really going downhill for Nintendo and Sony right now, and saying YEAH WELL THE SNES WAS GOOD won't change anything to this fact. Nintendo may not be going downhill money wise, but game wise they're going down the drain.
