I haven't seen a topic here like that so I'm posting it... What do you like more? Stock or Time? I like stock because if you get your kill stolen it doesnt matter... BUT, some people say that stock is stupid cause one guy can hide out and come and fight at the end once everyone is practically dead.. I HATE TIME. Reason : I was playing a tournament 1v1v1v1 last year at my school, It was timed and I lost like in the first few rounds cause people stole my kills... At the end of the match I was eliminated I had put like 1200 damage, with 1 Kill. And the winner had put 230 damage with 4 kills. Its QUITE annoying when it happens to you. |

Stock. It gets you more time to fight and have fun. Plus, if you are on the normal 2-minute mode, the Smash Ball only appears at least once. |

Stock is the only way to go. In a timed match...stealing KOs is extremely common, and noobs can win easily. In stock...I don't care if you steal all my KOs...you will have to face me, 1 v. 1 once everyone else is dead. And if you are a noob...you will lose, no matter how many kills you stole. Timed Stock is probably the best. That way, a guy that is constantly trying to run away, will lose in the end too. |

Stock or coin, stock more though, time you feel rushed, stock takes more skill and rewards strategy, unless your a no item n00b. coin punishes you for fighting because the coins rarely hit you, more often your rivals benifit, it would probably be good 2 vs. 2. |

I actually like time mode better in brawl. I used to play nothing but stock, but playing a five minute time match is actually a ton of fun, especially when it is a close game near the end and a smash ball appears! Talk about hectic! :P |

I like Stock and I hate Timed of any kind. It's pretty much impossible to hide out and kill people when they are practically dead. I always go for people if they are staying out of the action. |

Stock is more tourney-fair, but time is more fun in casual play. |
