Hello, as you know, I am Dan and this is my first review. My review is on Endless Ocean. This is gonna be a quick review, so I'm first going to get to the point. Endless Ocean is a non-game, you don't win, lose, or die. It's just a game to have fun. Graphics The graphics are ok. Being underwater is way better than being up top on the boat. You can tell it's a Wii game. Story There is no story! All you do in the game is dive, and help your friend build her encyclopedia. You can also get missions to be a tour, or find a certain spot in the ocean. Replay Value Lots. There is a ton of ocean for you to explore in the game. And many missions to accomplish. Not to mention finishing the encyclopedia (with over 80 pages I believe) Final Score The final score of the game is..... *drum roll* 7/10 You will not, I repeat not, like this game if you do not like non-games. A warning to you. |

I think you need to go more into depth with that graphics. "You can tell it's a Wii game" doesn't really tell me anything about the graphics, especially if I don't know your stance on the Wii's graphics. I assume that it's a negative comment, but you need to make the clearer. There is more to the game then just the encyclopedia. I noticed you didn't mention online, the aquarium, the underwater pen, the dolphin companions, mp3 feature, or taking photographs in your review. They're just as important to mention as the encyclopedia. I wouldn't consider myself a hard-core gamer, but I do dislike non-gamer games, yet I really kind of like this one. You can suggest that people who don't like non-gamer games will probably not like this game, but it's not a good idea to blatantly say that all people who don't like non-gamer games will dislike this game. Sorry for the harsh critique, but I think the game deserves more credit than you're giving it. I don't disagree with your overall score, but I feel this review could use a little work. |

I will take that into consideration. Thank you. I did say though that the review would be quick. I didn't say this, but, I was only putting in single-player. And by saying it's a Wii game, I mean the graphics are not up to 360 or PS3. Which I of course, expect from the Wii. But thanks for reading my review. |

No problem. Sorry again if I sounded too critical. I'm actually taking a Review Writing class right not at school and I think it's started to affect how I read reviews in general. ^^;; |

Not too bad. If you do another review, talk about music, voices, and gameplay. You did give a little gameplay though. Also, give more details on things and tell why you like something or don't like something. Again, not too bad. |
