OOC: Well actually, the place was supposed to be neutral, so that story could be more easily developed. That is why my barber is impersonating a neutralist. If you do not desire such a thing, I can change it.

Terry discovered in this dream he could control himself like a puppet, a lead puppet albeit, but a puppet. He forced himself to stand, bane punched him in the jaw and he tilted back like a drunk man before bobbing up and muttering. "You can't keep me down." Tilting back again like one foot was nailed to the floor and he pivoted on it, he head slammed bane, he flung back again before righting himself. He looked around, but bane was gone. On the floor was the syringe, he instinctively picked it up and injected himself. He winced and realized he somehow injected himself. He peered back carelessly to see a peon staring. peon: You were bouncing all over like one of those park things on giant springs. Terry looked at the wall to see a hole the size of his head. He smirked and chuckled unervingly ignorant to the scene he made. He walks out like nothing had happened. |

Nolan, on the other hand, had exited a nearby store. he seemed to be carrying a long crate of sorts, and looked to be in a bit of a rush. "Sigh......Good thing I got IT today." (If anyone found his, who knows what would happen.) |

Hakaru's Thoughts: "Is everyone out on the streets today? Soon I should expect a Broadway performance." A woman walked behind him, looking quite short in comparision to Hakaru's tall stature. Hakaru placed a hand on his straight razor on reflex, and turned around, only to realize that it was just a chief of a local restaurant. He smiled kindly, greeting one of his more frequent customers. Hakaru: "Oh, hello Mrs. Daniels. I trust you are enjoying your new haircut?" Mrs. Daniels: "Why yes! The best yet! It is a miracle you can do such find work with those straight razors." Hakaru rubbed his head, his cheeks blushing bright red from embarrisment. Mrs. Daniels: "You never were one to change for the times. Anyways, I thought you might like a few leftovers from the restuarant." She cheerfully handed over the food to Hakaru. "You really do need to start eating right." Hakaru: "Thank you, Mrs. Daniels. But I am fine." His sickly figure and hair, not to mention the bags underneath his eyes, made him look less than healthy to say the least. He accepted the food, though he knew that Ecka and the rest of the family was probably the one who would eat most of it. Mrs. Daniels: "Well, Good bye Hakaru!" Hakaru: "Oh, yes. Good bye Mrs. Daniels! Please give my regards to Mr. Daniels!" He waved with his free hand, still smiling until she was gone, then returning to his usual frown. |

Terry continues to walk down the street as if it was a mundane day. He sees Hakaru and waves gleefully. Terry: My hair is getting a bit long again, you have any openings tomorrow? Plus, tuesday I developed a stronger "juice" it lasts about 24.4 hours, it also can be taken by mouth. |

Ecka wasn't sure if she should mention the stranger to Haru. But as she stood near him, her mind raced. "Um...Hakaru...I think..." Ecka said, twitching slightly. Then she spotted someone from the corner of her eye. |

"see, where i used to live, the barber was horrible. my hair now is a product of my hard work and toil... but i think i have a bit too much in the back. how much does a quick trim cost?" |

Hakaru smiled as the sounds *cha* and *ching* racing through his head. Pulling out an appointment book and pen, he quickly made plans for his new money... customers. Hakaru: "I have openings at 4:30 P.M. and 7:00 P.M. Sounds like a deal?" Hakaru, though dealing with his new customers, watched out of the corner of his eye as he noticed something, though did not react to it as Ecka was already quite nervous. |
