A blonde haired, blue eyed Hylian stood on the balcony of his castle home. Last year, the Italian plumber with the mustache to be jealous of held a grand Christmas fiesta at his castle. But this year, Link was determind to make an even better one! It was true, there was an infinite amount of rooms and trap doors all around the castle that Link nor Zelda had ever entered, but it was more of a reason to host the party. He could use the other Nintendo characters to map out where everything in the place was. Coming quickly to his decision, Link began writing letters, better than Mario's invite, to all the people in the world of Nintendo that he knew... ~The Invite~ Dear [Insert Name Here], I, galliant Link, am holding a Christmas party this year. There will be gifts, a grand Christmas Tree, rooms to chill in, plenty of snow, and the whole of Castle Town to explore. Come and spend your Christmas days here, in Hyrule! The party will last until Dec. 26th, so atleast stop by between now and then. Sincerely, Link. P.S. If there was a press, they would be saying that this party is bound to be better then Mario's was last year. ~Your Job~ Choose any Nintendo or fan character you'd like to represent, and join the fun. But, there are rules... I guess... ~Rules~ 1. No killing other characters. 2. If you get in a fight, you can't hit the other player. You can aim a punch, but you need to give them a chance to either dodge the hit or take it. 3. Be realistic. You can't dodge EVERY snowball coming at you. Make it 50/50. And if you strap a bomb to you and it goes off... you WILL die. Unless you had a spare magic mushroom on you or something... 4. Don't put words in other people's mouths. If you ask another character a question, give them a chance to respond. And if you want them to follow you into another room, don't just write that they do. Let them decide for themselves. Those would be the Four magic rules. Obide them and enjoy. P.S.- You can't choose Link, he's my character. |

Fox read Link's invite thouroughly. After finishing reading it, he ran through the Great Fox, and soon got to his arwing and jumped inside. Flying through the Lylat System, Fox chuckled to himself. "This I've gotta see." |

Back at the Castle, Link was rushing in and out of rooms, trying to get some decorations up. He mumbled angrily to himself countless times, wondering why Zelda never decorated for Christmas. Finally, he finished decorating a tree, and even put empty presents around it to make it look more Christmacy. Link wasn't sure who would arrive first, but he wanted to make sure that if Mario showed up, the party was going strong before that mustache man got there. Link had bought hundreds of Christmas tunes, and had them playing from a stereo that sounded in every room. Lastly, Link made the best snowman that he had ever made in the front of the castle. When he was walking back inside, he thought he heard snoring. With annoyance he realized that Talon was probably asleep on the job again. Hoping he had time until guests arrived, Link headed down to where Talon usually dosed off while trying to deliver milk. |

*Yoshi noticed the little invite flying through the air and used his tongue to grab it, he then proceeded reading it* YOSHIIII!!!!! (Yay! A party!) *Yoshi began uttering cheerful noises as he flutter kicked hs way towards the castle in Hyrule* |

Link turned a corner and sure enough, saw Talon sleeping on a crate by the store shed. I'm gonna need a dang rooster to wake Talon up! Link thought angrily. And I sure won't have him ruining my party! If he doesn't get home, Malon's going to come here looking for him and his farn will be left unattended. "Better find a rooster..." growled Link. |
