you can always mute game and most games today you can turn off the music but leave the sound effects. Graphics, you have to stare at them no matter what. (unless you plan on playing with your TV off) Music can make a game, but i dont think it can break one for me. Graphics, i'm ok with wii graphics most of the time but if their so horrid it makes the game suck, it breaks the game. Thats just my opnion tho |

I shouldn't have to mute a game because the music in it sucks. The music of a game should be designed to create the mood and feel for the current situation in the game. And yeah, you have to stare at graphics but... graphics are a constant. They don't change throughout the game, and you don't expect them to. Sure they can add depth to a game, but every Wii game I've seen sufficiently accomplishes that task. Okay, fine, XBox and PS3 do a much better job at accomplishing this task, but so what? But the music in a game should be constantly changing to fit the scene. Ever tried playing a game that uses 1-2 tracks for the whole game? It's torture. |
