Gamers. Games. One without the other is pointless. But, there has always been a concept: What if they were one and the same? From the journal of Shigeru Miyamoto: April 18, 2010. The team has invented a virtual reality program far surpassing anything else seen so far. I believe it will revolutionize the face of Nintendo. June 21, 2010. The machines are going through the last testing stages, and are almost ready for marketing. July 1, 2010. Something's gone wrong. The machines are changing the people... More tests will be done. July 15, 2010. It's ingenious, and yet, we've doomed ourselves because of it. The machines are giving the test subjects the abilities of the people in the games we've adapted. The test subject from super smash bros has gone missing, and since he was testing out a playable master hand prototype, I don't want to find out where he's gone. July 25, 2010. He's here somewhere. This may be my last entry, but at least I've figured out how to contain them. The test subjects each have a chip somewhere on their body, and once it's destroyed, the subject dies. It may not be a good outcome, but surgical removal of the chips is no longer an option. It's a better outcome than having them kill us all. The year is 2015, and these "Gamefreaks" as the media has dubbed them, have the powers of video game characters. Most of them have no knowledge of their past, and there are some more powerful than others. Factions: Gamekillers. Bounty Hunters trained to find and destroy the chips on the Gamefreaks. Gamefreaks: People who have played the "VR Nightmares" become Gamefreaks; some of them are the original test subjects, but some have transformed themselves on purpose. Undergrounds: People who manufacture the Nightmares, they are technological geniuses of the highest calibur; they usually have IQs that are near 100-150 higher than the average adult. Character Sheet: Gamefreaks: Name: Age: Faction: Gamefreak Powers/Abilities: Bio: Appearance: Gamekiller: Name: Age: Faction: Gamekiller Weapons/Abilities: Bio: Appearance: Underground: Name: Age: Faction: Underground Abilities: Bio: Appearance: NOTE: Only Nintendo characters' abilities are plausible here. Sega might be added soon, but no Microsoft or Sony. Name: Kama Age: 17 Faction: Powers/Abilities: His two white gloves fly off and become the size of a human being when he removes them, and he can control them through hand movements once they're removed. Bio: Kama had been a Smash Bros. Fanatic. He lived and breathed Master Hand, Gigabowser, smash attacks... He knew it all. He held the world record for all of the SSBM event matches, and was the world champion. As such, he wasn't surprised when he was invited to yet another press conference with Miyamoto, but he found out it was much, much more than that... Kama walked along the sidewalk, going to a cafe. It was actually a secret Underground terminal, and the meeting place of his small Gamefreak organization: The Super Smash Clan. The name seemed like a ripoff of the game, but with him, and his partner who withheld the powers of Kirby himself, and several other smash bros power holders, they were practically unstoppable. |

Name: Lucifer Age:29 Faction: Gamekiller Weapons/Abilities: Lucifer carries two magnums he uses. He also has a blade he keeps hidden on his back..Some of his powers is to absorb game freaks powers9through a hole in his hand), but he can only do thisafter the game freak is completely worn out and weak..(He could take the power and leve game freaks, powerless, or take some to learn the power..)He also has fangs, which he uses to attack, and sometimes stun enemies..There might be more hidden powers that remain unknown... Bio:Lucifer is a man of few words, when it comes to eliminating gameFreaks he is simply, one of the best..His accuracy is precise and he has never missed a bounty..Not muh is known about him, aside from being ruthless and silent when performing his duty... Appearance:   (Ok, i made my character, but if it isnt what you want tell me) Lucifer headed down a dark alley, returning to his secret lair after a good night's job..He had succeeded in the bounty of a gameFreak that possesed the abilities of Link...Lucifer arrived at his destination and sat on the chair..Awaiting for a call on his cell for the next bounty.. *Cell rings* Lucifer picks up.. "The bounty, where is it?.." ???- "Its easy its around some Cafe..There have been rumors that gamefreak activity has been spotted a couple of times in that area.." Lucifer-"Say no more..Im heading their right now.." Lucifer hang the cell and got back up..He reached for his magnums which he hadnt taken on the last mission and headed to the cafe... |

Name: Ayame Ishma Age: 16 Faction: Gamefreak Powers/Abilities: Possessing the powers of Pit from Kid Icarus, Ayame can use any bow to conjure arrows of pure light to strike down her foes with great percision. If a bow is not around, she can use more of her energy to conjure one made of pure light. Furthermore, wings of pure light can manifest on her back for flight, though the process is still quite tiring because of her lack of experience. Her source of power happens to be the radiation given off by the sun. Bio: By the age of 8, Ayame was already a great archer, the best around in fact. The winner of dozens of international championships, she is able to shoot a bulleye from 100 meters away every single time. Despite her archery practice, she still found time to play video games for an hour every day, her choice being the original Kid Icarus. Given the award for "fastest time of beating Kid Icarus", she was given an exclusive visit to the Miyamoto manor. However, she would find out that it wasn't as exclusive as she had thought. Appearance:  Ayame, too, was walking on the the sidewalk, though she didn't really noticed him as they passed by each other. Ayame was reading a book as she walked, focused soley on finishing the book. |

Name: Card Hero Age: 18 Faction: Gamefreak Powers/Abilities: captain falcon's abilities. can move at high speeds, jump much higher than an average person, and can do any of captain falcon's moves (such as the falcon punch) Bio: one of the original subjects. his eyes were hurt as a child, and he had to get a special visor. regardless, he was a test subject for SSBM, and with the power he gained, he's playing with the idea of being a vigilante. rumor has it that he has a bit of ice climber power in him as well, but nothing has been confirmed. He really loves coffee Appearance:

Lucifer stopped and spotted Ayame..Who looked different than the rest of the people walking by the sidewalk..and after the numerous encounters in the past, could almost determine who was a Gamefreak at first glance... Lucifer-"Interesting..This person, she seems like a GameFreak kind of person.." Lucifer headed to Ayame from behind and passed her.. A couple of steps in front of Ayame he turned around and stared at Ayame... Lucifer-"Miss, by any chance, have you ever played video games before?.." |

Ayame stopped short, and looked up from her book. She backed away a bit, intimidated by Lucifer's appearance. Ayame: "Well... yes. But I really only have time for a single game really." |

Lucifer could tell Ayame was intimidated and he liked the feeling, the feeling of manipulation.. Lucifer-"Yes, one game, and from past experiences it ha to be the famous smash bros game...I know your a gameFreak, and now you will perish to obliv-.." *The cell rings* Lucifer opens cell and begins atlking... Lucifer-"Excuse me?..We had a deal..No recompensation and no bounty..I do this for fun, but i also need to make a living...." Lucifer hanged up the phone and walked away from Ayame.. OoC-im leaving |

As Lucifer walked away he was aggravated by the situation...Lucifer was a bounty hunter, and he enjoyed hunting GF's down, in a sadistic way...But the compensation was needed to survive..Lucifer was going to earn a great sum, aside from the satisfaction of eliminating GF..but his boss decided to cancel the job until a later date, and Lucifer was the type that did as told right there and never stopped a hunt... |

Kama gestured towards the building to their right; it was black with green neon letters that read "Cyber Cafe" in bold letters. He walked in, waiting to see of Ayame followed. |

Name: Mike "Blade" Age: 18 Faction: Gamefreak Powers/Abilities: Can use the swordplay from all of the legend of zelda games, and has his own sword and sheild. Bio: A major LoZ player, he beat all of them 100% complete, and without strategy guides. He recieved an invitation from Miyamoto, but got more than he bargained for... Appearance: Blonde hair, blue eyes, green shirt, black pants, brown shoes, and a blue earring on his left ear. Blade was just sitting at a chair, just waiting. He kept his sword and sheild by his side, ready to defend himself at any moment. He noticed Kama walk in, and looekd at him for a second. "Long time no see, Kama. So, what's up?" |
