You know Medal of Honor: Heroes 2? Yeah, get it now. Best online for the Wii ever. Also, great controls. Every Wii owner should have it. |

To be, or not to be: that is the question. To die, to sleep; no more; and by a sleep to say we end. To die, to sleep; To sleep, perchance to dream. Ay, there's the rub. For in that sleep of death what dreams may come when we have shuffled off this mortal coil must give us pause. That makes calamity of so long life, for who would bear the whips and scorns of time when he himself might his quietus make with a bare bodkin? Who would fardels bear, to grunt and sweat under a weary life, but that the dread of something after death, the undiscover'd country from whose bourn no traveller returns, puzzles the will and makes us rather bear those ills we have than fly to others that we know not of? Thus conscience does make cowards of us all... | |

I've played a couple of Medal of Honor games. Didn't like em. But those were like last gen, and one was on PSP. It sounded pretty decent tho. My Wii can't get to the net though, so it's not really worth the value for me. |

Yeah, I own Heroes 2 and I was so excited to buy it. When I first played it, I couldn't help but notice the bad player model graphics in the online multiplayer. The lighting is ok, I can handle the gun graphics. Controls are good. But right after I finished playing, I played some Call Of Duty 4 on my friends XBox 360 and it opened my eyes to what we put up with as wii gamers. This game isn't anything special, it has online multiplayer, thats about it. This is a serious question that may be able to be answered, but why can't the "Medal of Honor" people push the game to its limits graphically? The wii can do better than this junk. If you have the answer, by all means, please tell me. because i need a good reason.

Actually, the Wii can't do better. Much better, anyway. MoH runs at 60 FPS, has all kinds of relatively amazing effects, and rarely has a hang up. It's one of the best looking games on Wii. Don't even bother comparing the 360 or PS3 to the Wii graphically. The Wii is basically an Xbox (1) with a TAD bit more power. The 360 has many many times the power of the orginal Xbox. Probably about 10 times as powerful. |

So, (I'm not trying to be defensive, I'm actually curious) why in campaign mode the player models look better (haven't actually played the campaign for more than 30 minutes) than in multiplayer. I found this in Red Steel, and MoH Vanguard, that the graphics go on a downslope when it comes to multiplayer. When I wrote the last post, i was in a bad mood, and i have played MoH Heroes 2 since, and it is a really fun game. (cause i pwn) But little details disturb me. |

Don't know. Red Steel wasn't exactly a prime multiplayer game. But I don't see how MoH's player models suck so much. |

I don't know, maybe I'm just crazy. Yeah, red steel sucked, Vanguard was no good mulitplayer either. Thats why Heroes 2 is the best FPS for the wii. Because the others sucked. (Talking about multiplayer). Dude2000, you seem to know alot about this kinda stuff, would it be possible to add a "ragdoll" effect on the wii? where you kill a guy and its not a set way for him to fall to the ground? (< bad bad description, but i assume you know what i'm talking about) Cause I love ragdoll

In all reality, MoH:H2 for Wii is actually kind-of a somewhat mediocre game. However, it's a great step for Wii owners. It's got a decent online offering, and the arcade mode is a lot of fun. Really, if you want more good FPS and good online (and both) for Wii, you need to buy this game and support it. Perhaps it won't be the greatest thing you've played yet, but it'll still be a lot of fun, and it can open the door for far, far better things in the future. Everybody should buy it. My name on there is Kojiiriin (of course). Add me. |
