OoC: No. You don't have some random pistol because its convenient all of a sudden. Deleted and edited. Also, King of Prussia is a large shopping area. King of Prussia mall, lots of outlets, department stores, etc. |

"We don't know if we're being invaded yet. All we know is we've been nuked and it must have been by missiles because of that one in the air." Alaric then walked off to get more things and to prepare to leave. After several more hours the sun was beginning to rise. Alaric had fallen asleep in the main room on one of the sofas and the light woke him up. When he looked out the window he saw that the fireball and dust had settled. All he saw for miles and miles was scorched earth, burned buildings, debris, knocked down trees, a wasteland. He just stared at the scene, didn't move from sofa, and softly began crying. |

Dimitri was still in shock, as he had never seen such a thing in his life, besides pictures. Remembering the word "pictures" he found something preculiar with this supposive "nuke". Dimitri's Thoughts: "If this is a nuke.... where is the mushroom shaped cloud? A nuke wouldn't launch giant fireballs into the air. This doesn't seem right at all..." Regardless, he stuck by Dante without a second thought, determined never to leave his side. |

OoC: The initial part of a nuclear explosion is indeed a fireball rising into the sky, at first the whole mushroom cloud, which I did fail to mention, is made completely of fire. I'll edit to have that in there. Just to end any confusion, that was a nuke. No plot twist there >_> Well... besides it actually happening. Right, got that edited into my post halfway down page 36 |

Alaric abruptly stood up and walked into the kitchen. He turned on the stove, which still worked because it was gas, not electric. He opened the fridge and got out some bacon that he had brought up in plans for a breakfast... albeit one under much different circumstances. He got a pan out of one of the drawers and began frying the bacon sending the smell throughout the house. |

Kralkan wiped his tears and thought for a minute. He had to be strong. His face turned dead serious, and he stopped crying immediately. Kralkan: "Since I don't have my grandma, my grandpa, OR my parents anymore, maybe I should bulk up and start protecting myself." He threw off his sweatshirt to reveal a black undershirt. He walked off into the kitchen for breakfast, ignoring Dante and Dimitri coldly. |
