Esper appears upsidedown in the air like a bat, for he was listening to their conversation from the ceiling the whole time. Esper: "As it should." He is smiling with a cheerful expression as he hangs down from the ceiling of the inn. |

Esper removes his feet from where it was sitting, and he plummits to the ground hands first. He then does a back flip into a very cliche actiony pose. Esper: "The clock tower is what is transferring the illusionary powers of our newly found innocent host. I knew she could not have created an illusion without having something to take the strain of her powers, at least not without noticing. It was a bit difficult to understand at first, but Miranda's blood sample helped signifigantly." Esper smiles happily and reveals a basket of pasteries from behind him. "Oh, and I bought these for you Ken. Good day!" And without another word, he opens the door and walks out, taking a walk around town. |

Ayame begins eating a few dopplings, his eyes half closed from being quite tired from last night. Ayame: "You aren't a smart one are you?" drops a doppling stick on his plate, and swallows. "Esper, as you call him, is probably going to kill the person responsible for the "spell" over the town, whoever that is." He then puts his feet on his desk, and reads from his magazine. |
