Esper: "Do not panic. It will all be over soon." He then strikes back onto Miranda after the explosion, though not how one would expect. By the time Lenalee and Miranda could blink, she had a small bandage on her right palm, and Esper was smiling kindly with his eyes childishly closed, a syringe with a very small amount of blood within his hand. "See, that wasn't so bad, now was it?" Esper cleans his instruments before placing them back into the fabric case, rolls it up, and returns it into the pocket of his long coat, acting as if nothing odd has just happened. |

I would have used your shoulder, however for this experiment I could not, since your hands have less fat tissue, and therefore are closer to the bone." He was smiling innocently at Card, though at the same time placing the blood in a vial and examining it. |

Esper:"They call me Esper, and I am sorry if I shocked you in any way." He rises up to his original position, his happy expression gentle as he replaces his hat. |

Esper returns to examining the blood. Esper: "I am dreadfully sorry I frightened you. However, it was the only way to make a formal examination of your blood. Simply thought you would like to know why you are living this curse. I apologize if I have upset you. |

ken: no... i can tell. she want's this to end. if she had control, then she'd end this. i think the innocence is more of a living thing, responding to her, and trying to help. i wonder if anything happened to trigger this...? |

However, do you not find it odd that we were able to enter this town?" He turns, and walks to the window of the apartment, and watches the sky intently, searching for something. |
