*on a roof nearby* ???: *thinks* I didn't think something so interesting would happen, I'm curious about this regal guy I'll just stay low and follow on the preacher's coat tails. After being flushed to a foreign country at least they can lead me to this guy. I wonder If I'll get promoted for this mission when I make it back. *holds hand up and he disapears* I don't know how or why I gained this power but it's great. Regal: *pushes a button to turn off a TV connected to a satalite in his name sits up from a throne like chair* That one I've failed to convert returned with friends... Hmm... 8.259 is so close it won't matter. OOC: ??? is Mr. X during this time this is about as far as he got. |

Enigma seems very drained from the great ordeal, and collapses. However, he does not suffer a palpitation this time. Perhaps he has learned how to control his powers more. Enigma: "Now that my powers are in the open, I most surely will be chased by the Governers. What to do?" Enigma's T/A: Recovers after a moment on the ground, and then walks out the door slowly, disappearing from view... |

A slave guy: Regal we found a new one. Regal: Whats his power? Slave: he can see the future, we took his whole family hostage too. Regal: good job... *sticks hand on the poor boys chest and with a ominous glow the boy screams and jerks his eyes and one vein on his head bulging* Boy: I can't see it anymore. Regal: I suppose I can tell you. There are many like us, currently several factions are fighting the goveners and preachers. I however am better than both. I have a power or several I can suck your powers dry and then soon I can use them and they will return to you. I can also give powers... Thats what will happen to your friends. Mother: *muffled and crying* No.. Help! Regal: Then I can also control those with powers, I'm amassing an army currently. Thats as much about my abilitys as you need to know. *puts hand on his head and another light flashes as the boy screams.* Boy: *eyes black with glowing white symbols and some blood dripping from his mouth. they quickly revert to normal* Regal: Rise! Boy: *Stands* Regal: Now go find some more. *walks over to his family* You the father will gain the power to make electricity. *puts hand and the father looks like the boy. he continues through the boys family doing likewise and giving the mother the power to control water and the sister plants* |

OOC: that was a group of random people to reveal a bit about regal. GBPA: I can absorb powers but at a weaker state that the owners. Rocky: I can turn into the element/property of what I touch. HD: I'm just a hyper ninja puppy... you may have heard of me as piranha puppy though... Stupid newspapers. |

Rocky: Alright... *steps into a puddle and become a humanoid looking figure spraying water far and wide, then jumps up and hangs from a gutter and turns to metal and puches a nearby junk carinto the distance.* HD: *transforms a pebble into a shuriken,* Gbpa: *car returns by his powers (gotten from Mr. X) and he then goes through what KDE did and sends the energy into the ground creating a large rut.* There Now you can see I can absorb all powers. |

OOC: I was in hiding, but I guess I can fix that for the plot... Enigma should have been in hiding, as to avoid his fate, yet he knew he had to help the people he has burdened. Thus, he is know with another gifted like himself, and though normally shy and quiet, he introduces himself none the less. Enigma: "Hello, I am Enigma, and as a Gifted, I have the power to control time warps." His voice was very quiet, and somewhat difficult to hear. He uneasily brings his hand foward to offer KiDevil his hand. |

GBPA: In theory if his warp is like a stationary point in space through a time warp we could we could warp to the future at a high enough point the earth would rotate back. If it is parralel that wouldn't work. HD: *slowly begins moving backward, at about 5 feet* What the... |
