Bird Man: No but I will eventually find a way to alter genes then I can alter my genes too allow me to hold my mutated body in like when you take away my powers but on my will... Then I can infiltrate looking normal. As well as help you with your problem, use your powers to turn me normal for a bit. Mr. X: Ok. *does it* Shiko: I feel so normal... Mr.X: Oh..* pen floats up and crashes into wall* Shiko: *returns to normal his fingers growing and feet morphing back into talon followed by his nose* Mr. X: I think I need a break I'm having trouble again... Anyway we need to find a hideout deep in the city where we can find gifteds and keep an eye on the preachers but low key. Name:Chaos hunter Group:Goveners Current rank:5 Star division( STAR DIVISION=most dangerous) Bg:Discovered preachers and gifted in the wild using their extrodinary powers so he decided to use those same powers to help destroy so when he killed one and took it's power for his own use he was transformed into a dark being.and from then on he wanted revenge because now he cannot access their true power because when evil you can't unleash the true power.Usaully turns back to normal human. Appearence:Normal formDark formHas a scope lens to identify gifted or preachers. He has a metal arm.able to control wind and thunder.He is very quick and strong strength but lacks defense(without the metal arm)Laser scapel,and can infuse his blades with his thunder and wind to create....Chaos Blade. |

Shiko: *flying 2000 feet over city*I can't fail the preachers have gotten stronger, I have a feeling the bosses or at least X plan to storm their base.(Mr. X is the leader of his division) *sees old warehouse* That smoke stack, perfect for a telescope. *flys back quickly* X! I found something. Mr. X: Shiko... Goodjob. as you know our division is top secret meaning we are trusted with dangerous missions. Our next mission is very dangerous I have been authorized to ask someone who I heard is currently here from the 5 star group the leaders think even we can't do this alone, a boy has been taken to the preachers base if they get him it will be trouble he could theoretically become very very powerfull plus collecting his DNA could be valuable he can copy powers imagine if I could do that or even you. We must try to take him alive or worst case dead but still with his body in tow sure the other preachers have much potential but his genes could be very usefull with your mind. So should we ask him. Shiko: Yes I have to agree it sounds too dangerous. Mr.X: Let's look then. *both walk out of room hoping to find him* OOC: Phantom he's refering to your character you obviously don't have to but it's a choice. @ crashmaster are the goveners actually part of or affiliated with the government? |

Name:Kroe Group:Gifted Current Rank:I have no idea has this works, so whatever crash chooses BG: as a young boy, at a usual check-up, the doctor noticed strange black bulb on his back. as time grew, these turned into wings, angel wings, but a very dark black color. he was shunned by his family, and everybody was afraid of him. from then on, he travled on building rooftops, slept there, and his stolen food was eaten there. lately, he has discovered a way, but a very painful way, to suppress his wings. he was also gifted with a super strength, I guess you could say. Appearance:long brown hair that hangs down a little past his eyebrows in front, and almost to his shoulders in the back. he usually wears baggy jeans, with a loose t-shirt, considering he doesn't have many clothes. and, when he doesn't suppress them, long dark black wings that come from a little below his shoulder blades. Hope that's fine. If I need to change something, tell me. |

Chaos hunter:suddenly yells in anger.He thinks there might be an army of gifted but they might overthrow him and then slashes his Chaos Blade at the bushes and everywhere and then when he thinks it might be a governer he looks for them so he could have some assitance.
